What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
securely password management
A password manager you can trust to make your online life a whole lot easier
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass securely stores and autofills my passwords for me on any device and platform. For instance, I managed over 50 login credentials for work and personal accounts with it, and the password generator feature made creating strong, unique passwords a breeze. The secure sharing feature rocks for sharing access with trusted team members, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version is very limited (especially on mobile devices) and premium plans seem pricey for individual users. The interface is practical, but it could be more modern and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass has simplified and secured the management of my online accounts. It continues to help organize and secure my passwords across a massive website migration, and the peace of mind it brings is priceless. If you want to take your online security to the next level, this is a must-have tool.
Pretty Satisfied
What do you like best about the product?
I like that LastPass interface is user-intuitive and easy to use. I like the clean and simple design. I used another password manager app one time in the past and I was very annoyed with its clunky design and interface. I have used LastPass for several years now and I'm pretty happy with it. It makes my life easier (no more writing down passwords or coming up with one!) and I feel a lot more secure being online. I use it every day and I can't imagine not having LastPass. It's very helpful that I can enter passwords easily on Chrome without opening up the vault and that it gives me a popup to save the new logins for new sites. It's pretty seamless to use on my laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished it worked app to app on mobile. It is a little cumbersome to have to open up the LastPass app each time I need to enter a password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of having to remener or write down all the passwords. It's saving me a lot of time and effort. It's also helping me to have a more secure way of logging in with the authenticator.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes doesn't automatically take the URL first time.

What do you like best about the product?
Organising passwords is good in my own vault, shared vaults and my personal all integrated into one place is really useful.
Simple set up of new users which we have linked to an AD group to auto create.
Simple set up of new users which we have linked to an AD group to auto create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto fill in Android is not great. Sometimes a website or more commonly an app needs a password and it doesn't always auto come up to insert password even when it should link as it does work sometimes on same app/website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More secure password manager compared to Google and easily to link across multiple devices.
I have over 50 passwords to keep track of and Last Pass helps me do that .
What do you like best about the product?
The organization and how it follows me online.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I knew how to see my passwords easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of my passwords
A great convenience!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about LastPass is that it securely stores and manages passwords across multiple clients, making my workflow more efficient. Features like password sharing, autofill, and multi-factor authentication are valuable given my responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about LastPass is that it has had data breaches in the past, which could be a red flag given your work with sensitive financial information. If you manage multiple client accounts, LastPass’s sharing system might not be as seamless as you'd like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass streamlines password management by securely storing and autofilling credentials, reducing the time spent on manual logins. Its ability to share passwords with team members eliminates the need for insecure methods like email or spreadsheets, improving workflow efficiency.
Secure storage of passwords - plus sharing
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful thing we find as a small IT department is that we can share system passwords among the admins. When one has to change (for example, policy dictates a new password every 90 days) we don't need to let everyone know, LastPass updates the stored & shared password.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we have more than one login to the same system (such as a regular user account and an admin account), you just have to pay attention because the form autofill doesn't know which one you're planning to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With dozens of system logins, it's a challenge to keep all the user names and passwords straight. LastPass makes it much easier.
I have been a user for years
What do you like best about the product?
Sense of security. Ease of generating and saving secure passwords and the authentication app form my smart phone
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before LastPass, I was using the same password on most of the websites I regularly visit. LastPass has given me an easy way to generate unique secure passwords
