LastPass has saved our company time and money!
What do you like best about the product?
We didn't have any secure way of storing passwords before using LastPass. When we had to let an employee go, we were concerned they would misuse the company passwords. This prompted us to sign up with LastPass so we could change ONE password instead of dozens when employees move on.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had any issues so we don't have anything we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since LastPass creates multi-digit passwords for every site and software we use, it's been much easier to log into one place and be able to access everything. Remembering/copy/pasting passwords to all the sites and software we use was very challenging and LastPass has completely solved that issue. They've also created a secure way to keep our confidential information private when employees leave the company.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to search and the interface is not that user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Reasonably priced, does the job. Sharing passwords as necessary, and allowing logins for team members without sharing the password itself are great features. Having the app available both on my browser and my phone makes it convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto-populating the username and password is very convenient, but not very secure, since anyone using your machine can see the password and access your Vault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have an ethical and professional obligation to provide my clients with secure file access, so LastPass allows them to confidently share logins with me. The mobile app allows me to access my logins on-the-go, which is very helpful for a remote business.
Great Password Manager for Business and Personal use
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is great for password management and sharing across teams. The end user experience is very easy and provides a lot of options for types of data to be stored and how it is accessed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing permissions were confusing at first, but overall everything is as desired
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Last Pass allows us to use and share complex passwords across our applications without us having to reuse the same passwords time and time again.

We have three people in our organization that share passwords. This App gives us a location to keep each other up to date with password changes

Password managers like LastPass are essential for serious users wanting to protect their data.
What do you like best about the product?
For the most part, LastPass is easy to use across devices and saves a tremendous amount of time storing, retrieving, organizing, and managing passwords. Being able to keep other sensitive information in the vault such as Credit Cards, scanned documents, form fills, etc. is also of great value. There is also nice integration between personal and work allowing for both while allowing them to remain separate.
What do you dislike about the product?
A recent attempt to reduce my number of licenses on my corporate account was manipulative, difficult, and slow. There was no automated way to do it (although there was an easy way to add licenses [surprise!]) and support took several days to get back to me. While the issue was finally resolved, it was far more difficult than it should have been and I'm sure many people simply give up and pay for the licenses they are not using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass provides an easy way to create more complex and diverse passwords to keep my information safe from hackers.

Easy to use and interact with. Like the reminders it gives

I had a little trouble getting a second device set up with all my originals. Might have just been me!

What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient way be able to use long passwords and not have to remember them
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the launch button stop working and I have to copy the link and come back and copy the password. This probably happens 1 out of 8 times I use it.

I have not contacted them to be able to answer this question.
