Overall a very helpful CRM tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can generate reports based on my needs, this helps with client monthly reviews.
Also our firm has set up the function to open a case to another team, which is very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Saving email under client profiles can be a bit troublesome, where you have to click on the emails one by one, and often having to unclick your own name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the client data are easy to filter and be put into groups. This helps with later marketing and targeting.
Also the life events column is very straight forward, saves us time and easy to use.

What I like best about Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is how it’s specifically designed to meet the unique needs of financial advisors and institutions. It offers a 360-degree view of clients by integrating financial accounts, goals, and interactions all in one place, which helps deliver personalized advice and stronger client relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is that it can be complex to set up and customize, especially for organizations without dedicated Salesforce admins or developers. Sometimes the learning curve is steep for new users, which can slow initial adoption

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solves the problem of disconnected client data and fragmented workflows common in the financial industry. By providing a unified platform that integrates client profiles, financial accounts, goals, and interactions, it helps advisors get a complete, real-time view of their clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce FSC can be complex to configure, often requiring developer support. The large feature set adds overhead, and integration with legacy systems isn't always seamless.

Regular updates and system maintenance require dedicated resources
Licensing fees can be steep, specially for small businesses

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is how it brings everything into one place. As an investment advisor, I can see a full picture of the client’s profile, including financial goals, interactions, and account details which helps me provide more relevant advice. It also makes collaboration with relationship managers much smoother since we’re working off the same information in real time. Overall, it saves time and helps us deliver a more personalized client experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find challenging is that some parts of the system feel overly complex or require too many clicks to get to simple information. And also, it takes quite a bit of training for new team members to feel comfortable using it fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing complex client relationships and their financial needs in one place. Before using it, keeping track of all interactions, accounts, and financial goals was time-consuming and prone to errors.
