Great software with continuous enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
Great platform with continuous enhancements and a team of account executives that are brilliant to help navigate. Data model is fit for wealth management activities and make it easy to provide good client experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Einstein activity capture which we are heavily relying on is flaky and not working properly and the Salesforce support team is not able to help !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data model supporting wealth management activity and allow to provide colleagues a 1 stop shop to provide a great client experience. Feature keep being added to improve colleagues and client experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Household accounts and Financial Accounts changed how we're able to interact with customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the objects are too granular in the object model
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing Mortgage Sales to operate on a modern platform
Challenging Implementation But Worth It In The End.
What do you like best about the product?
The core functionality of FSC is amazing. The scalability is wonderful and customization is simple. Native enhancements are thoughtful. I wouldn't even think anything would be able to compete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enhancements are focused on banking and insurance. It would be nice if there was an emphasis on wealth management and more integrations. Also, would be wonderful to have a focus on relationships not sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On-boarding, relationship management, meeting notes and inter-departmental communication. We were historically communicating via email and tracking on spreadsheets.
Great tool if utilized properly
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to gain visibility into the associates day to day activity. Understanding and measuring what they do allows the organization to better plan around next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's challenging to deploy without a very strategic company wide plan. In most organization's I've worked at, it was deployed without this plan. If there was some way to make the adoption process simpler it'd be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business process for bankers at our organization. From KYC, to lead and prospect organization, it gives the banker the ability to get organized in how they tackle their workload

This is really helpful clouds for service cloud case management and we are happy to address all the issue

Nothing much. I don't have anything to give negative feedback

We are on health cloud and we are having clinical data. We have billing info for all the apps

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility, change requests and user stories are easy to develop and even more easy to deploy.
Whether you want to do it with coding or without coding, Salesforce provides you with all the services and customizations.

What do you dislike about the product?
The processing power, it's a pro and con both. If we deploy a large size functionality, the server has crashed a few times which has resulted into buisness loss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Salesforce Finance Cloud for a huge Lending Firm. It provides us with the flexibility to make changes and support such a huge project which involves millions of people.

KYC/Onboarding, Personal Account data model, Households & Relationships, Automated workflows, ease of use

Cost/Price, updated marketing materials that reflects the same product lines

Better way to manage book of business (Leads, Policies, AUM)
Needs, an overlay to make it functional

It is an open software, and allows api integration, unfortunately due to the complexity of choice a salesforce specialist is needed to get the most from the software

Not knowing what exactly is included in your licence agreement and high turnover of staff assigned for customer relations

I like how we can link it with any cloud calling software and instantly get in touch with customer . We can keep track and records. Provide resolution and services through tickets that we can generate from Salesforce

Sometimes the servers are down other than that it's an excellent product and a lot of companies uses this to provide better customer satisfaction and achieve its goals
