Practical and straightforward and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using salesforce financial services for my role since forever. Both the companies I worked with used and I must say it’s a game changer. Everything we need is on once platform and it makes tasks so much more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complicated to use or sometimes especially if you are a new person or a new system. I remember when you first got ruled out it took us quite a while to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What is the main problems that I think it solves is updating line information on different platforms because it is linked to all our other platforms just up updating on it fixes everything else

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is how it centralizes client data and interactions. It gives a full 360-degree view of each client—assets, goals, life events, and communication history—making it easier to deliver personalized service and build stronger relationships.

Least is obviously cost, it add up quickly, but i get it it's a premium product.
there's minimal managerial level and many people can edit sometimes.

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud helps us keep all client info, interactions, and financial data in one place, so we’re more organized and responsive. It’s made it easier to build stronger relationships and stay on top of tasks without things slipping through the cracks.

While Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is a powerful platform, one area I find challenging is the initial complexity of customization and setup. Because it’s highly flexible and designed to serve a wide range of financial institutions, the configuration process—especially for teams without deep Salesforce experience—can be time-consuming and require strong technical support.

Easy to use User interface, fast and responsive, good functionalities, which helps to do the work efficiently and effectively in every work environment
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be more simple, a quick walkthrough guides/videos will be helpful to new users, we can add more functionalities, also we can introduce AI to make enhance productivity and minise time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearing up open payroll cases, it helps me track, resolve and analyse the cases, in very efficient and effective manner, very powerful tool, highly recommended

I really like how convenient each category of information is able to be found quickly. And it’s not hard to read. If I had more categories, I would use them in salesforce

I guess I really like how simple the platform is to learn & teach. I’ve also utilized it in different industries where I’ve had to retain clientele or book of business. Not much to dislike

It’s saving time and money from filing paperwork and a file cabinet to digitizing it on a screen. Or mobile device with Internet connection anywhere..

It's high cost, complexity and steep learning curve and customization is but challenging and also require specialized technical expertise or third-party consultants

It has benefited in lot more ways like having a real time data within a short period of time within dashboard representation also it's Built-In Compliance Tool helps us in stay compliant with regulations which also offers audit trails, permission controls and record-keeping

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to information produced by the entire team. Online access so quick to log in when travelling. Reports can be generated without programming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would have appreciated if Task-fields allowed us to format text and to include charts and photos. Would like to store notes in a format similar to MS Word.

We store information on meetings in the system. Hence we then can retrieve previous conversations and compare what the decision makers said in earlier meetings.

Additionally, certain advanced customizations may involve additional costs or depend on specialized technical support, which can limit teams with fewer resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is that its high customization capability can make it complex to implement without specialized technical support. This represents a challenge, but it also benefits me because it forces me to better understand the business processes and optimize them from the start. By investing time in its proper configuration, I obtain a solid platform, tailored to my needs, which improves productivity and long-term customer relationships.
Modern, Intuitive & Cross-Compatible
What do you like best about the product?
I worked for multiple insurance/financial firms and this software was utilized in most of them. The UI/UX was always pretty modern and pretty intuitive and it always seemed to be cross-compatible with other softwares
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is not aesthetically how I would like it to look and that there aren’t more customization options. Also I would like the ability to insinuate AI into the software more as time goes on

It is solving cash flow tracking and customer retention metrics for the most part and this allows us to better rank out priorities from one fiscal quarter to the next
