Thoughtful and useful
What do you like best about the product?
Seems really well thought out, when i think of how i expect something to work it usually does
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some joining and linkage of data that could be easier to do - want to keep tables different places but then report on them together
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Share the same data without sync issues - report on different levels for different people.
Couldn't live without it
What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility and ability to visualize information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean almost nothing...Occasionally there are features I'd love that don't exist today but overall it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage large programs in our sales demand teams, all the way from content management to digital tool license management and pilot projects.
Good, not great, and a bit of a learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of capabilities to handle large amounts of data or intaking data. The UI is nicer than some of its competitors, and navigation is more intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's quite a learning curve to get it to do what you want. The explanations for onboarding or first steps lack the clarity that a beginner/inexperienced user needs. It also can't go too complex, you may want to look at alternative options for that.

À première vue, Airtable semble être une plateforme de tableur sophistiquée, mais c'est bien plus que cela. J'ai pu l'utiliser pour créer essentiellement un SIRH à partir de zéro qui aide nos superviseurs à suivre l'assiduité, rédiger des évaluations de performance, documenter les problèmes des employés, et bien plus encore. En combinant des automatisations, des champs liés, l'interface, et une intégration avec Documint pour la génération automatisée de PDF, j'ai créé un système très robuste qui offre énormément de valeur à nos superviseurs pour une fraction du coût d'un « vrai » SIRH, et ce n'est qu'une des bases que j'ai mises en place. J'apprécie énormément de découvrir comment combiner les fonctionnalités de manière créative pour le faire fonctionner selon mes besoins, et je l'utilise abondamment dans ma vie personnelle et professionnelle.
Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de the product?
Les seuls inconvénients que nous avons rencontrés - la limite d'e-mails pour les automatisations et la possibilité de mettre en place un flux de travail d'approbation pour les demandes de congé - peuvent être résolus soit en améliorant notre niveau d'adhésion, soit en ajoutant plus d'utilisateurs avec un accès 'édition' au lieu de 'lecture seule', donc ils sont plus liés à notre budget qu'aux capacités de la plateforme.
Quels sont les problèmes que the product résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?
Professionnellement, j'utilise Airtable au sein de mon entreprise pour permettre aux superviseurs de gérer efficacement la performance de leurs équipes et pour que l'équipe de sécurité puisse facilement recevoir et suivre les opportunités d'amélioration, avec une gestion des accès très simple pour s'assurer que les utilisateurs ne peuvent voir que les données qui leur sont pertinentes. Personnellement, je l'utilise pour suivre et prioriser les projets de bricolage à la maison, stocker les coordonnées des entrepreneurs, gérer les tâches d'entretien de la maison et organiser les plans de voyage.
One of my favorite platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to collaborate and create unique and individual views that allow multiple people to process the same information in the manner that makes most sense to them
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost! Adding team members is pricey and makes the collaboration a little trickier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to have collaborative project plans within the organization which is critical. We're also a visual learning team and this allows us to strategize in a manner that makes sense and is mapped out
Simple, Smooth Data Management
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is what I like most about Airtable. It is intuitive and easy to grasp the concepts presented. The program is most easy to implement. Customer support is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite frankly, Airtable does not fall short in any capacity that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable facilitates our client databases and helps us keep everything up-to-date with easy to use forms. We can minimize phone time in support of clients
So many different uses
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to connect data across sheets without a vlookup or struggling to come up with the right excel formula. Airtable makes it easy to create views to share with colleagues that only includes the necessary information, and isn't overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I specifically dislike, I find it easy to get started with and onboard new people to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable makes it easy to keep track of ad campaigns and their performance, and share the current creative with my team in the field.
A piece of software that every business should consider
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is one of the fastest cloud based solutions I have found for maintaining the data in our company. We have tried several other options and have always fought against the software between inconsistent updates to the cloud and errors when working collaboratively
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint of Airtable is the inability to highlight specific columns or fields, generally I am making comparisons of data in one column so to "train" my eyes to look at that one column would be much easier with a highlighting function
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business we are pushing to eliminate paper usage and redundant data entry, the form solution Airtable alone has saved dozens of labor hours by having an easy option for any person in oru company to have access to an entry form which then allows me as our general data administrator to review and reflect on data anytime and anywhere.
User-Friendly Platform that Increases Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has been a great way to organize leads, opportunities and projects and tie those to contacts and client accounts. The color-coding and more aethestically-pleasing elements are important so you don't feel like you are just looking at another spreadsheet and helps groups focus when reporting the information. The sorting function is great and overall tracking helps a lot with our business. We utilize Airtable on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could export a little better to excel/PDF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User-friendly tracking for opportunities and client relationship management as well as task management with internal team.

Nothing, Airtable is such a great resource, and the free version works perfectly but if you run out of space their prices are very affordable
