Database for all things
What do you like best about the product?
A very convinient way to store all the information and share across various teams. I love that there is a gallery of templates that you can choose from and that you can create automations to do almost anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but this tool is definitely not super intuitive and requires some time to get a grasp on and using it is a forever learning experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to track projects and requests
Most flexible project aid software ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is the most flexible platform I've ever used for managing lots of data across multiple teams. Our team uses it every day as our Marketing Project management system. We started off using one of the pre-built templates, but then added tons of features and automations to make it work for our entire team. This took some tooling and creativity, but now it's a project management beast–and I'm still creating new features each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest benefit to Airtable is also it's biggest downfall. The platform is so flexible that it can take a long time to build structures (like project managment review processes) that are pre-built in other similar products (like Asana). Airtable is so much more flexible than Asana, but due to it's flexibility, it can be more complex to re-create those baked in features of other programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is our one solution for project management across more than 10 people. It also serves as a Request intake system for the rest of the organization to submit project requests. We've built interfaces so individuals can visually track their projects and tasks for manager 1:1s and review assigned pieces for needing reviewed. All of this connects our remote team and is one source of truth that keeps us aligned.
It’s my brain outside my brain!
What do you like best about the product?
My company had lots of institutional knowledge sitting in different tools and in different people's heads. Airtable allowed me to collect, organize it, correlate it and make it accessible to the entire organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure is a bit confusing and I find it a distraction to what is otherwise a very pleasurable user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps me standardize knowledge across my business unit and make it accessible to everyone who needs it. It also allows me to automate tasks and data collection surrounding that knowledge. Lastly, it gives me full control over how I want to present that knowledge to the world.
Airtable, the flexible product that does it all
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can create complex interfaces with limited coding knowlege. My department uses airtable for everything and it allows us to link data between bases. Creating a new base or interface is simple and easy. Base ops meetings are very helpful from Airtable's customer support team. They have helped us solve several problems with expert guidance. Airtable weaves in with many other softwares like, Teams, Slack, Outlook and more. We make use of more integrations each day. Airtable is a product that has become a part of our daily routine. There is a low learning curve for getting started so Airtable is a good product for all users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to push a sync on tables by pushing an interface button. I also would like to see the ability to copy and paste sections of an inteface to new pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable as a CRM, as a job scheduling paltform, as a employee time tracker, as a rental management system and so much more. Every new idea we have ends up in Airtable one way or the other. Airtable has replaced multiple products that we have been subscribed to.
An incredibly versatile tool
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a canvas on which you can build any number of software solutions. It is incredibly effective as a relational database and the forms and interfaces that you are able to lay on top of your data can meet a multitude of needs. Airtable tends to be a frequent go-to tool for me when I am looking for an immediate solution that is not already baked into my available tech-stack. Its robust number of integrations and the ability to set up automations allow it to communicate well with other tools. The available trainings and documentation are vast and allow for ease of implemenation and use across a wide user base and their customer support team is generally very responsive,
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtables current structure and pricing model make it no longer effective for wide use with external participants. If you want to allow others to edit data through interfaces they need to be paid enterprise users. While their form solution is very effective for data input, any scope of work that involves teaching or coursework, or anything else that would require data manipulation from external parties is not practical. This is unfortunate as I percieve it as one of the only barriers for using the tool more frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable's versatility and ability to meet a multitude of needs within a single system is of incredible value, especially within a small organizaton that does not have to ability to implement a new software for every need.
Helps our Business Run Efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
Creating workflows made simple, but yet complex enough to handle any workflow you can dream. Works with most of our other software and is easy to implement. Our company uses airtable daily to complete our tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could rearange data by date when linked from another record, but I am hopeful this will be eventually updated. Our company is a bit smaller and sometimes customer support is not there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving complicated workflows. One space for all data.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I feel that can be improvised in the product is navigation to create automations or using APIs to integrate it with the third party tools.
I felt that current process or navigation is little complex for the person with less technical knowledge to understand and follow.
Improvisation of the flow or navigation will allow more users to use the feature or functionality with ease & scale up their operations.

Scope:
I'm currently using Airtable for managing the database of the prospects or leads for the cold outreach to highlight the services that we offer with aim to schedule a meeting with them and get them onboarded.
I'm also using the same for creating and managing tasks related to cold outreach
How it is assisting me:
With the help of Airtable, managing the list of leads or prospects has become easy. Unlike Google Sheets or MS Excel, Airtable has clean UI that helps me keep the database clean and not cluttered. Moreover, it is also helping me with the tasks assigned to me ensuring that I am not missing the deadlines & the productivity is increased as well.
With Automation feature, I am able to create the automation within the single platform that will not only remind me of sending the emails on due date or scheduled date but will also automatically initiate the email sequence as an when new record or data is added to the base.
With the help of automation, I've been able to manage my time and tasks effectively as it has helped me reduce the manual work of entering the data, initiaiting the sequence and creating the reminders to send the follow ups on scheduled date.
I've surely witnessed my productivity scaling up since I've started using it.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Airtable offers a free tier, many advanced features are locked behind paid plans, which can be a barrier for small teams or individual users. Also, for users looking to build more complex databases, the learning curve can increase significantly. Some may find the advanced features less intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is solving the problems of disorganization, espically in the marketing space. While it has some limitations, particularly regarding pricing and handling large datasets, its ease of use and customizable features make it a strong choice for a variety of projects.

I really like Airtable because it makes organizing and structuring data incredibly easy, even if you don’t have any coding experience. Its intuitive interface allows me to create databases quickly, and its flexibility pairs perfectly with other tools like Softr, which I use regularly. Airtable’s powerful features make it a fantastic option for managing projects, workflows, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find challenging is that while Airtable is highly versatile, some of the more advanced features can feel limited without upgrading to the premium plans. Additionally, for really complex workflows, there may be a need for more integration options or automations beyond the basics.
