Versatile System- Easy Implemenation

  • December 17, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Airtable system has allowed us to replace multiple systems in a single service. It's versatile enough to create workspaces that range from a wide range of applications. It is used daily to manage multiple forms and applications and the automation helps reduce our work time and increase our response time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is cost-prohibitive to deploy this software to multiple users. The per-user fee makes this a hard sell for a non-profit like ours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is currently helping us resolve multiple incoming forms from outward-facing individuals. It is automating tracking and response to these incoming requests.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can build a system that works for our business. Even though I'm not a computer programmer, I was able to set up a complex database, create automations, and build integrations with other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the basics are very easy to learn, it does take a little while to game skills to perform the more complex functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of hundreds of small projects cost of team of over 50 people without losing track of anything.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that Airtable is a place where we can store event data and easily share information company wide without worry that colleagues will delete any information. It has streamlined our event planning project management process and made planning easier year over year. It cuts down on time spent sorting through data. We use Airtable every day multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when it can be difficult to get Airtable to work in the way that you specifically need but we can typically find a solution that works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allowed us to take our annual events calendar from an archaic and clunky excel table to a sleek and easy to keep updated software.

Maximize workflow efficiency with no code interfaces and automations.

  • December 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build custom workflows and user interfaces without needing to know how to code. The platform is very intuitive and there are plenty of free online community resources to help with tips and examples from other Airtable users. The automations help our teams complete more tasks with less people and facilitate projects to continue moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can see is the user seat cost is a bit more than other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allows us to standardize our workflow process, promote cross-division and cross-functional collabortation and execution, and manage tasks in a more efficient way. Centralizing our work and tracking through Airtable has allowed us to move away from the chaos of using a dozen other tools.

Airtable: Flexible, Powerful, and a Total Game-Changer

  • December 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable’s flexibility is its biggest strength. We’ve used it for everything from tracking client projects to automating tasks. One standout example was when we set up a custom Stripe integration for a client using Airtable’s scripting and webhook features—it worked perfectly and saved us a lot of time.

Another case was automating reminders and task tracking through Zapier integrations, which reduced manual follow-ups across our team. It’s great that we can use Airtable for both simple task management and more complex workflows, all in one platform. We rely on it daily—it’s become an essential tool for our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the advanced setups, like when we configured the Stripe integration or certain automations, took longer than expected because of trial and error. The AI feature, while promising, wasn’t as efficient as we’d hoped—it took a while to get the right prompt for an automation and ended up consuming a lot of Airtable AI credits.

Customer support has been helpful whenever we reached out, but it would be great if they provided more guidance on advanced use cases or setup tips for things like scripting and AI. Additionally, we’ve found the reporting tools a bit limited. More built-in options for creating detailed reports would make Airtable even more valuable for tracking and analyzing data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has solved many of the challenges we faced with keeping our workflows streamlined and our data organized. Before using Airtable, we struggled with scattered information across different tools and a lot of manual work to keep things updated. Now, everything—from project tracking to client workflows—is centralized, making it much easier to manage.

One of the biggest wins has been automating repetitive tasks. For instance, we’ve set up reminders for overdue tasks using Zapier, and it’s reduced the need for manual follow-ups. Another example is the custom Stripe integration we built using Airtable scripting and webhooks, which allowed us to automate payment tracking for a client. This saved us hours of work and made the process far more efficient.

Airtable has also helped us collaborate better as a team. With customizable views and shared access, everyone stays on the same page without having to dig through email threads or spreadsheets. It’s especially useful for complex projects where we need to track multiple moving parts.

The flexibility of Airtable means we can adapt it to fit specific needs, whether it’s creating simple to-do lists or building fully automated workflows. As a result, we’ve been able to reduce errors, improve productivity, and deliver results to our clients faster.

A tool I use to support the majority of my startup

  • December 14, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is incredibly agile and flexible; it scales with my business and allows my team to easily access projects. I've been using it for 4 years and for project management, content storage, and data visualization. There are a lot of integreations that you can use with the tools, for us it's Google Drive and Gmail. The interfaces allow us to build the visual component of our PM needs. There's a learning curve and you might have to practice to get used to knowing how to connect the different bases, data inputs, and views but once you do it, it's pretty easy to maintain and keep updated. Definitely a tool I use everyday!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep so it's not always intuitive knowing what you need on the tool without having to search YouTube or Google to see how outher users are using certain features, Pop ups explaining certain features, or integrations would be immensely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of connecting different data points that we need to visualize different areas of our startup: task and goal management, grant/funding submissions, demo/pilot pipeline, and more. We're able to see everything in the interface giving myself and my team a birds eye view of view of our workflow, month to month, quarter to quarter. It makes our lives much easier since everything is mostly in one place.
