The one Saas subscription I couldn't see myself cancelling
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable allows me the ability to quickly set up basic systems for myself or clients that function the way I want them to – without having to go out and add another subscription to my budget.
I've built simple yet robust apps ranging from task management, CRMs, content management, and more.

What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable's pricing model is unreasonable for many potential customers. I find it works really well for soloists with one or two teammates, and it works well for enterprise companies – but not for those in between.
And unfortunately, it's also unreasonable for agencies and consultants like myself. I have an Airtable Business account, yet if a client adds me to their workspace, they are required to pay for an additional seat.
Tools like Webflow allow "freelancers" or "agencies" to be added to client workspaces if they have an existing paid account –– Airtable would be wise to adopt this.
I would recommend Airtable to *nearly* everyone if it wasn't for their pricing model that intentionally leaves out customers who could greatly benefit from the tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can setup a feature-rich database with in-app automations very quickly, without needing to code.
Airtable Makes My Workday Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
It allows seamless connection and communication with all clinics and team members in my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still new to the platform, so I don't have any quips about it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to post open shifts and track availability for doctors and support staff.
Airtable helps to create work efficiencies.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and support is easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are probably features that I am unaware of that may be helpful and I am not utlizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to create a useful scheduling system, project management automations to minimize manual tasks, and project tracking systems.
Airtable is an invaluable tool for increasing efficiency and organization
What do you like best about the product?
I implemented Airtable in an effort to streamline our workflows and tidy up data, and it has since become a tool that my department relies on every day.
Airtable's capabilities are vast and it may seem daunting to a new user, but the learning curve is very manageable and I've become a fairly skilled user thanks to product guides and the Airtable community forum.
Automations, forms, and integrations with our email and calendars are features that have been instrumental in both increasing our efficiency and ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks. The interface feature is also an excellent tool that allows us to create an organized overview of our data, which has been tremendously helpful in our reporting.

What do you dislike about the product?
When Airtable transitioned to the new subscription plan, it created some substantial difficulties for our team because bases became limited to only five creators/editors. One base in particular is a rather simple one that doesn't require the use of any advanced functions, so it didn't make sense for us to upgrade the base, but we felt forced to upgrade simply because we had more than five users that needed to be able to update information in that base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable's interfaces have helped save us a lot of time when it comes to collecting, reviewig, and reporting data.
Submitting data through the use of a form, rather than receving the data via email, ensures that important information doesn't inadvertently get lost in an inbox.
The ability to send notifications and calendar reminders by using automations and email integrations has helped streamlined our internal communication.
Most notable though is the impact that Airtable made for us in March 2020 when the COVID pandemic took hold. Our firm always had brief, twice-daily meetings surrounding a whiteboard to track all the moving pieces in a project; however, when the pandemic abruptly forced us to begin working remotely, maintaining those moving pieces on the whiteboard became impossible. I created an Airtable base as a substitute for the whiteboard that could serve us while working remotely, and it quickly became a staple that we have relied on for more than four years now.

Intuitive Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very intuitive and easy to use. We easily transferred our data from another platform to Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating multiple bases that cannot be housed in a cleaner, less cluttered workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable to track company events and assign people and tasks as needed. We are also able to manage out grants and events with it.
SO EASY TO USE AND KEEP YOUR TEAM ORGANIZED
What do you like best about the product?
We use Airtable for all of our organization needs. We love that every team member has a different view and perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app version- it doesn't work well or integrate into our business practices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to communicate with the team. We also like that can add links and photos
Really improved our workflow and communication
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is flexible, reasonably priced, and has great support. We have used it for the last three years, and it has grown as our company has. The added features are in response to customer feedback, which is the opposite of what you find in a lot of tech services, where quality of service and features degrade over time. Airtable continues to get better.
What do you dislike about the product?
All SaaS's have the issue of not being 100% customizable, and so you do always have workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable stores the most crucial information for our primary service, and makes it easy to access for every stakeholder both in and outside of the company. Our service is completely deadline driven, and has to do with governmental compliance, so we always have to be on time and accurate. We automate tasks so that they are always timely and accurate, we build in reminders, and we streamline tasks by integrating with other software services.
Better than an Excel Spreadsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is remarkably easy to use. As someone familiar with various programs, platforms, and technology, but lacking skills in coding, API, HTML, and more, this platform is very easy to work with and use. Depending on what you want to do, I highly recommend investigating their templates and their community forum for ideas before creating your base.
I use this for project management, social media tracking, forms, and so much more. It's ideal for folks who need more when an Excel spreadsheet doesn't cut it, but also want to build in more automation for regular tasks. It's basically my second brain.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are are few features I'd love it to have or make more readily available. First, I'd love two-way syncs to come at a lower payment level, or at least something different for non-profits.
Second, the ability to change user colors - we have three that have the same blue colors and it would be nice to differentiate without having to create avatars or upload our own photos.
There's a few small technical things I'd love, like being able to create pages from records (like maybe having a template for that that you can just drop fields in) for printing PDFs. Having extensions only open in certain views, or be able to have a view that links right to an extension.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking project management. Being able to keep track of all pieces of an appeal, mailing, newsletter, etc., and know the status of the project at a glance. Being able to track metrics directly in the program itself is also helpful.
Game-changer for our data management
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has simplified our tracking of complicated data, made it easier for us to build forms into the same system, and to share selected data with various stakeholders. It looks complicated but is very easy to use! I've recommended it to many colleagues across programs and universities as it is helpful for office-based data or interoffice data use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We built some tables and bases early on that are not optimized, but the thought of rebuilding them and transferring the data is a bit overwhelming. We've done this in some cases ---but as Airtable adds new features, it has made us rethink some of the ways we are collecting and tracking data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps us track detailed information about people who use our services, send invitations for meetings, track consultations, and then share out necessary information with stakeholders.
