Airtable Makes Life Easy

What do you like best about the product?
Wide variety of functionality in a super user friendly environment, and an easy "Ctrl-Z" function to undo any mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to search engine answers for coding as it is not one of my skills, built in coding/tips would be super helpful for challenging date ranges, or when using data from multiple columns to get an automatic fill in another box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A collaborative space with various insights into data at a much easier entry point than competitors such as Excel.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm very appreciative of the ability to filter out results, group in multiple iterations, and sort information in a way that is productive. All of the different view options and configurations are great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a little more flexibility in certain view configurations. Interfaces are quite helpful but it's a bit unclear on how best to set them up in a way that benefits my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, cross team coordination, alphabetization, data organization

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can visualize data in any way that I'd like.
What do you dislike about the product?
AirTable Automation limits and limits on integrating into other services.

It is allowing supervisors to keep track of the work of members of the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can automate a lot of our team processes using Airtable. I love the form builder and interface feature so we can show data and reports to our stakeholders in an easily-digestable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find most challenging about Airtable is some of the conditional automations or vlookup type functions that would work in Excel but aren't as simple in Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping us store customer data, track customer engagement and budget, create request forms for our stakeholders and show high-level performance data to leadership teams. We use it heavily for automating our workflows and alerting us of new form submissions via Slack.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used airtable at my institution for over 6 years. It has done even more than I could have imagined. And with quick updates, it consistently outperforms the competitors. I am so thankful for Airtable for the amount of work it has saved me and my team. Additionally, the ease of integration and the ease of implementation are some of my favorite aspects. And the fact that I use Airtable everyday is a huge part of my desire to write a review. And anytime I have an issue, their support team is quick to respopnd and answer my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part of Airtable is the inability to have a simple table like excel that could exist within airtable. That being said, it is a minimal issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of lack of organization and this allows our entire office to complete work more effectively.

Best App for Prototyping with Data

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is done really well. Workflows are intuitive and powerful. Lots of free extensions and prepackaged code snippets to work with and use Data to prototype custom applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable is not as scalable as it could be. Increasing users, adding administrative functions, as well as advanced features such as Portals or A.I. become prohibitively expensive quickly. The business model Airtable has now makes it so some companies will simply grow out of it and find something else that's more cost effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined tabulated data that allows quick and effective creation of tables that would otherwise be annoyingly tedious in Excel or Numbers. Given that it is web based, Airtable allows one to flawlessly utilize tables to embed forms or interactive data into other websites and applications without sacrificing beauty or user experience. It's extendability with products such as Data Fetcher allows for quick connections to other databases to develop the proof of concept for more advanced workflows including those that can be automated.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's able to be a true single source of truth. Even in a legacy business, it's possible to stream all data into the platform and create dashboards that illuminate previously hidden insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interfaces are clunky and it's too expensive for all of our internal users to have accounts to enable data editing, so we use Softr as an alternative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to consolidate data all in one place, and provide access to that data across the organization. This primarily impacts the sales and service teams.

All In One Solution

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has become a one stop, all in one solution for so many issues! We need a consolidated way for employees across different sections to submit leave requests digitally - Airtable. We need a way for people to request parking and shuttle service for events - Airtable. Quotes and invoices? Daily reports? Airtable. Employee data tracking..... you can see where I'm going with this. Airtable gives you the building blocks to create whatever you need, and it has become something I use CONTSANTLY for almost everything. It is simple to set up and get going because they lay the builing blocks out simply and clearly for you. The forms and automations make anything possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any huge dislikes about Airtable. There is no built in way to highlight or remove duplicates, deleting interfaces isn't possible from the home screen.... there are a few cosmetic things here and there but nothing that would stop me from using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue Airtable has addressed is creating a way for customers to submit requests. We create forms for customers that pull all the data we need into a table. Automations save us hours in emails and notifications.
