What do you like best about the product?
AirTable is a souped-up version of Google Sheets. Being able to reference other records within the spreadsheet and instantly create different views of your information is incredibly powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of "bases", which are mini databases or sets of data could be improved. Right now, they are organized around projects and then teams. Sometimes it's hard to find the right information quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use AirTable as a knowledge base for the company. It allows us to store research and information in a structured format for future use.

Try it out, the more you use it the more applications you discover for it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the filter feature which makes it easier to narrow down your results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it saves newly typed info in a drop-down menu field as a new entry. I wish it wouldn’t allow you to add new entries unless you click customize field type and manually/purposely add it in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure the influencers we source don’t overlap with some that already exist within the company, and creating separate views per team member. This keeps everything organized and ensures that no two people are sourcing the same Influencer.

Stay organized and don’t overload it with data.

one of the best features i love about airtable is the ease of user accessibility in the sense that there are multiple functionalities to allow people to collaborate and collect great amounts of data information if used the right way
What do you dislike about the product?
what i dislike about airtable is the amount of multiple functionality since it can get extremely confusing, however, once a user spends some time understanding it, it can prove to be a very useful and effective amenity for people of all experience backgrounds

I love that it's highly customizable and that you can switch between multiple workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tabs can be a bit same-y, sometimes it feels a bit repeated.

I love the flexibility of AirTable as a way to organize data in a database to see exactly where we were at at any given time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility with the appearance of the tables and using color coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a detailed database of everyone who's been a member for us.

Superior visualization, ease of use, new user onboarding experience

Doesn't have sufficient API integrations, would like to see more direct plug-ins & imports from more data sources - for more rows.

Flexibility and ease of use. I can create custom solutions.

Modular pieces don’t always play well and don’t have the flexibility I need.

Custom solutions are easy and quick to create and automate.

Amazing Resource for Non-profits!
What do you like best about the product?
This resource is not only super user friendly, it allows us to increase productivity and streamline standard processes. My team can use Airtable easily and efficiently and it has made a huge difference in how we work.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes! We really appreciate the program.

We are using Airtable primarily for human resources, client and customer relations.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and works similar to a spreadsheet, which is what I used before. It is a straight-forward software that makes collaboration very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before Airtable, my company just used an Excel spreadsheet. Although it involved less collaboration and manual edits, it was a free service for us - Airtable is a bit pricey especially when you have to add many users.

Airtable can be a really strong resource for business management.
