Like excel, but for the whole team
What do you like best about the product?
it has a lot of great integrations and is nice to have the team able to collaborate

their mobile app stinks, and it is really hard to use. fix that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we've been able to use this as our roadmap and as a way to run some of our engineering sprints.
Good lightweight SCRUM type task manager
What do you like best about the product?
This is a lightweight, easy to navigate, task manager for handling small to medium-sized projects

The UI took a little bit of time to get used to

Mitigating tasks across our team of 10 people. It helps a lot with keeping organized.
Airtable is easy to use and increases my productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly layout. It is easy for all of our team members to navigate the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was responsive to my touchscreen laptop. It's really not and I have to use my mouse and it feels clunky trying to move my view of the page left/right and up/down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are organizing our workflow and client information more effectively. We realize that having a centralized location for all our information has dramatically reduced errors and significantly increased enjoyment of organizing/finding/using information.

Airtable has a user-friendly interface, and will increase your team's productivity!
Google Sheets for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The fact you can upload images to cells. Really a game changer working on creative projects, makes it a lot easier to see different ideas fleshed out in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sorting function for any rows with numbers in them is unreliable and kind of clunky. Not a huge issue tbh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time collaboration on product design is now a lot easier at scale than using links with excel or sheets
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're served by excel or google sheets but want to speed up collaboration, airtable's your best bet
Airtable: Spreadsheet but better!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Airtable. It is extremely agile and is very useful for managing resources, budgets, milestones, etc. It is very similar to other spreadsheet platforms, except it is more visually pleasing and also has other features like file management that are not available on Excel or Google Sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that a lot of the features are not available on the free version of Airtable. There are drastically more features in the paid version that are not available in the free version. For what the software is, and how similar it is to the spreadsheet softwares available, I think the cost is a bit unjustified (since it is per user).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has allowed us to track client obligations and verify completion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you use a spreadsheet at all, you should try using Airtable. It is more visually pleasing and has much more functionality than a traditional spreadsheet.
Less intuitive than you would think
What do you like best about the product?
I use this platform for my sales reps can collect customer information with a series of questions, which gets put directly into a spreadsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The spreadsheet lacks all excel features. You can’t use formalas, and there’s 0 analytics that can be done!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows my sales reps to collect info, but they can’t go into the spreadsheet after to take the info or collect anyone’s personal info, or change anyone’s info.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I haven't found any other piece of software that allows you take Info Confidentially , and put it into a spread sheet.

Airtable combines the best of both spreadsheets and databases to provide an amazing tool for organizing just about anything.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Color customization could be better
- Pricing could be an obstacle for some teams.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Airtable to build a custom Product Lifecycle Management dashboard for tracking hardware components as well as an overall project management tracker.
Easy to use, pretty interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility. I can use it for a wide variety of projects that I use for my communications work.
It's also customizable - I can choose from several different ways to view data.

I really have no complaints. Sometimes it's difficult getting other team members to buy into a new platform, but that's nothing unique to airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping my different job tasks organized. I can keep my Editorial Calendar, PR Lists, Social Media Calendar, and large project management all on one platform, and they can talk to each other.
User friendly and adaptable
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the different views that Airtable provided me with. I used Airtable to manage properties for a Real Estate Fund and I was able to create my own views so that I could access information that was most important to me, while not seeing all of the information at once. The system is perfect for a large team of people so that everyone’s able to view the same info.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn’t anything I can think of that I disliked about Airtable. It’s very user friendly and perfect for a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team uses Airtable to manage information we have on different properties in our Real Estate Fund. Here were are able to enter all of the information on each property. Different teams in our company manage different aspects of the property as well as the stage the property is in, so it’s a vital way for us all to be on the same page.
Intuitive and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Airtables pre-built modules are incredibly helpful for quickly starting a project. It is, however, incredibly easy to build one to your specifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI isn't fantastic. The main page for selecting which project you want to work on is a tad cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a replacement for Excel and other related software, it's made creating spreadsheets for quicker.
