Good program for data

Very customizable, holds a lot of data, easy categorization

What do you like best about the product?
I love the wonderful way simple it is to speak with multiple people on one platform. Its very simple to add notes, add segments and keep things very consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing right now. The expectation to learn and adapt took me a moment, however it streams without any problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for customer database as well as managing projects for our organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
The inability of airtable to display embedded URL from internal pages behind the VPN. This completely blocks usefullness & growth in the company due to security concerns of sharing internal pages by making them external.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can still share and monitor status on all internal projects in an obfuscated way, and display data that can be pulled from an external secure site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can do everything with full external web pages with no security concerns then it is a no brainer. If you know Excel you can use this tool. If you want to use internal web pages behind a VPN it does not work the way you likely want; you can only include a link not the content which in part defeats the usefulness of a dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration choices are quite handy, and it is completely configurable. We've utilized it as our project management system throughout the firm. It's simple to use, and the customizing options are excellent. Because you and your team may cooperate to develop multiple apps within the CRM, Airtable is a wonderful database solution. It's highly adaptable and adjustable to your needs; depending on our teams, we track inventories, manage calendars, daily project activities, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain formatting restrictions. It's difficult to synchronize two distinct EEN bases in the same workplace. You'll also need a membership to micro extensions if you want to do more complex and beautiful customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The absence of a place for our internal technical documentation was our major difficulty prior to implementing part of our software stack. We quickly discovered that Airtable was more than just a spreadsheet program (a tool we all use to track and store data). Airtable, on the other hand, provided us with much more than simply formula-based data storage; it also allowed us to create automations and build views to present the data we wanted, among other things. We use Airtable for project management, and it's helped us simplify a lot of our procedures where various individuals maintained different information in different places. It used to be tough to find anything we needed at any given moment, but now it's all in one spot.
It's time to unleash the beast within for project planning and budgeting and file sharing.

Best Platform for data management
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is so easy to use. I like it mainly because it has been an extraordinary success for me to have the option to have the request for every one of the laborers' activities. It is vital to control the need to bring the work process to a more agreeable level for everybody. I like its interface; other than that, and it has a generally excellent price.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timer function is an extraordinary thought, yet severely done - on the off chance that I work with a task for five days, I get five lines as opposed to blending them in 7 days.

I appreciate the ability to easily organize the tasks you're working on and share them with other users. It also double serves as a great database to keep a running log of projects you've completed.

There can be too many features and ways to cut the data at times, making it hard to find what truly is useful to use.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learning how to maximize database depth is essential. Start with some templates but then get used to doing things from scratch to make the most effective databases. Using multi-page bases is a powerful strategy.
Data Management and Visuaisation
What do you like best about the product?
It's generally intuitive to use Airtable. Somebody should create it with a good mind. If I'm using it personally, then it is much easier to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no hidden bases from the team. Sometimes quite hard to fix some data and make it view only to some internal teams. Formulas, even though they are easier than excel, it is generally harder to work with. But if you have people in your team who doesn't engage with data and your formulas will be much shorter, then it is much better than Excel or similar databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are gathering our CRM like structures. The data points are not necessarily our customers but it is much better than duplicating sheets over sheets. If you can set up good views for your data most probably everyone can see the things that they need to do. I love quick visualisation/grouping options, I think that makes it killer. I wish they had recolouring single select / multi-select options. Sometimes colours get very closer to each other, even you can recolour this one by one, it would be great if there was an automatic recolour option to make all selections distinct.
