The best at managing tasks/tickets!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can track tickets, conversations between you and the project stakeholder, track time and how it equivalates that time into money spent so you can see what each project costs to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that not everyone had to have a login in AirTable to leave a comment in a ticket, so basically just be able to share the ticket info through an email etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only problem we run into sometimes is the preview for a file, it looks all wonky so most of the time you just have to download an attachment to see it correctly. Benefit is that you can comment on a file directly in the ticket

I prefer most this app for its functionality for manage projects. It is very user friendly and easy to use without compromise any quality. This project management tool is very responsive.

I can not find any problem with this application. But sometimes I can not find my desired service due to many options.

Very easy to manage projects from home due to pandemic situations.

The collaboration features allows our organization to easily work together and better manage our teamwork.

The advanced features are mostly available only when you purchase the Pro plan.

Keeping track of prospective deals including contacts,notes and attachments. Streamlining our workflows with powerful integrations.

I like that Airtable keeps projects organized.

I wish that I could name the tickets by project and not have them identified by number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a nice place to have everyone involved in a project, and being able to tag people with new updates really helps keep people in the loop.
Airtable for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
• I like the similarities that Airtable has to GoogleSheets, and this made it very easy for me to use.
• Airtable also includes some of the benefits of a database.
• I like the table/spreadsheet approach to AirTable; it allows me to see my list of projects and deadlines all in a straightforward snapshot view.
• I like that I can customize the field types and determine attributes and parameters for each field. For example, I have some fields set up to format as hyperlinks. Some fields are set up in time format, for tracking project duration.
• I also can also set up my table to filter out rows or records according to certain determining factors. For example, once I mark a project complete in the status field, I have it set up for that record to be removed from that view. So, Airtbale allows me to have some automated functionality in tracking my projects.
• I like that I can collapse and expand all rows or individual rows as needed or fully expand a record.

What do you dislike about the product?
• They have somewhat recently added a text formatting feature to AirTable, which seemed like a simple feature, that should have been included all along. Although you can now do simple formatting like bold or italicize text, it would be nice to be able to change text color as well.
• It would also be great if Airtable had a time tracker feature incorporated in the oftware. I have to track my time on individual projects in a separate application and then record it in Airtable.

I am able to better manage and track my projects with Airtable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have tried Google Sheets to manage and track projects or records and found it did not quite meet your needs, then try Airtable. Airtable is easy to use and learn. I switched from GoogleSheets to Airtable for project tracking, and I have been using it for years.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Airtable for social media management . The best thing about Airtable is its endless options for organization and customization. I'm able to tailor each workflow to a client and/or internal team. I previously used Google docs, which crashed and became diffuclt to manage large amounts of assets. Airtable allows me to manage approval, budget, paid and organic social plans, influencer databases and more. The collaboration and sharing functions make it seamless to get approval. My work organizational life has improved dramatically since discovering this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The autopopulated content is cumbersome to remove when trying to work from an established template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved social media planning and approvals with Airtable. It allows me to plan, create, budget and share for approvals all in one place. It also allows me to easily build and categorize libraries of assets and data, such as influencer partner lists and imagery.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable generates reports, it is easy to use, create data bases and visualizations. I am not a tech person and I really struggle with databases. This software has been life changer for me. I can have different grids and also create galleries every time I want to make a decision or compare other solutions.
I love the fact that I can use a form to add any solution I find and then immediately I can see it on a grid or table.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its a bit risky that I may delete something from a table and that would generate an error in all my data. May be I still dont know how to work with different funcionalities, but it would be create to undo changes and mistakes.
Also it has a bit of a lerning curve in terms of funcionalities but nothing that will take more than the traditional data softwares.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was no place where I could gather collaborative information with my team that did not involve excel, and it is impossible to work with excel without having a group of quantitative experts. It also saves time because you can create different visualizations and reports. I think the best of all is that you can manage data without having to know all the commands of Excel
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Airtable for anyone that is doing project management or anyone working with large data for open innovation that does not want to hack excel. I think it is one of the most user friendly softwares I have ever encounter on my professional life. It is very useful to keep track of tasks.
