Amazing way to do everything
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is so dynamic, it's 100 times better than a spreadsheet. It can be used to create a personal task list, or a team management list, analyze and report data, and maintain a calendar. As a project management tool, it allows me to create tasks, assign responsibilities, build out analytical parameters such as time taken to complete a task, and more.
The best part is that each base allows you to create multiple sheets and views. So if you want to get a sense of a macro and micro (of a report or a task list), it is super simple to create a few and set the parameters.

What do you dislike about the product?
Missing some excel features like removing duplicates. Sometime I find myself having to copy data back and forth just to mass update each field. Also some integrations are clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable keeps me organized, it keeps my team organized. It also keeps our work organized, like any research we do or social posting calendars. It is also great for planning campaigns and keeping the team up to date with everything.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really helpful if Airtable has a stronger onboarding when sharing the table to a customer or other user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aligning our teams around a single source of truth with real time data from different sources, collaborating on a shared view to table data with different teams using Airtable.

Airtable is trusted by teams from all organizations.
Airtable is useful for resource management, but not for projects that are very detailed

I loved the look of Airtable and how everything was organized. The software was easy to use, and color coding was useful for tracking deliverables
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable was very manual, so it took a lot of time to input updates to projects that were very detailed, such as tracking various social posts and post times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable was good for tracking resource management and working with clients at other companies

Airtable is great for higher level project management and sharing an overview of work with people outside of your organization.
Intuitive yet robust
What do you like best about the product?
I strongly prefer Airtable over Asana and Clickup. It's easy to get started without having to consume training content yet if you want to get very advanced, you can. As a former project manager, I appreciate that it has all of the capabilities and views you would want to set deadlines, break tasks down, assign tasks, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had an account for Airtable through work and we found out that certain behaviors such as sharing bases to non-users would incur accidental charges so knowing that, it made us less likely to share projects across the org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sorting and prioritizing work projects + finding an easy way to report statuses upwards to management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not much risk in giving it a try. It's easy to evaluate its efficacy for your needs right away.
Great for organizing internal data
What do you like best about the product?
It may seem daunting at first, but once you get all your internal data transferred to Airtable, everything is accessible in one easy-to-navigate platform. Great for in-depth analysis or high level analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing! It's a really well designed product and I currently have zero issues with it. Way to go Airtable team!

Best Database Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Team Collaboration to keep the database updated.

A bit difficult on some Integrations but manageable.

Best for Database Management
A great many-in-one tool for project and content management!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable allows us in the marketing team to organize not only projects and tasks but also content and assets. It's a very flexible tool which provides different views of the bases—so we are able to manage and monitor the work of team from different angles and contexts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing to dislike! Although I would have to say that, if you want a full experience of the tool, you need to ask your organization to pay premium, which is obviously a given with any kind of product, but the basic plan works just fine as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable to both manage projects and content. A specific use case—we didn't have a way to organize our video assets for marketing, they were just dropped into the team folder, but no way of filtering and pulling out which ones we need for, say, a campaign. So we started using the tool to create a video library with all the categorization and data and status fields to better organize the assets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before deciding on the product, determine first what you need to use the tool for. Airtable is first and foremost a hybrid spreadsheet/database tool with lots of capabilities and functions, but if you need something strictly for project management, you'd probably feel more comfortable with Asana or Trello.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable allows for collaboration between consultant and client/customer. Best spreadsheet-database hybrid I've ever used. For small companies that cannot establish a database; this is a great tool to collect and organize information, research, and client information
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a bit of time to figure out how to best use Airtable. Once I watched a few tutorials, I was able to quickly organize my data to become efficient and more focused. I think it would be great if it integrated with Salesforce- several of my clients use Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Airtable for organizing potential partners for collaboration and tracking leaders to contact for future events. We've found that it offers a lot of flexibility in how we present the data and provide updates to our clients.

Flexible and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
We've used Airtable for everything to corporate project management to wedding RSVP organization. It truly does it all--and with a UX that just makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of a learning curve to get Airtable to do exactly what you want, but that's better than a tool that only does one thing and is super easy out the gate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's just a great tool to keep things organized. Our work requires codifying a lot of things and Airtable allows us to apply tags easily.
