Helpful Database/Workflow/Project Management software
What do you like best about the product?
Databases are extremely customizable. I can include everything from attached records to checkboxes, and can go back and change things to suit my needs easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little finicky for new users and has a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use AirTable for program management and data tracking
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth a look. The free tier has a lot to offer and you can get a good feel for it.
Practical tool for saving and shaping form datas
What do you like best about the product?
Having a great user experience while managing data is the best thing I like in this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having so many sub modules in it makes harder to understand the main point of application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly uploading files such as CSV, Excel etc. by using great UI.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to-use,it's been not difficult to oversee lines and columns,gets better and more helpful with the utilization of intuitive feature,easy to change the request for data,hide fields,sort records and other showcase customization rapidly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive, and some of the time, you need another person's perspective without it being incorporated into your base. My proposition is that a record ought just to be charged by the proprietor, like everybody.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The capacity to control, sort, search, and by and large observe data is such a ton better than some other applications I've utilized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the logging and window views are easily accessible and that you can use TAB to move quickly through the logging process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you cannot change the filters without messing some other function up. I feel like the software filtering process should be easier to understand and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Airtable for the Lost and Found of a music festival. Using the search function to find an ID was easy but was very difficult for trying to identify phones.
Problems I didn't know I had were solved by Airtable!
What do you like best about the product?
Where to start?! Airtable is like Excel on steroids! I am able to manipulate and share data in multiple ways, create historical backup, and I love that I can create forms to add new data from outside individuals. It is so easy to connect other apps like DocuSign, too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a live support option, but this is easily solved with the vast community of information provided. You can email support, but there is no live chat option or a phone number to call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable filled a part-time role in our organization! We are able to automate procedures in order to streamline business. For example, when a student fills out a form, Airtable can read that form and auto-populate a DocuSign form that is automatically personalized and sent to the student to complete. Then, once they submit their form via DocuSign, their signed documents can be stored in Airtable and easily sorted.
Not just a regular database tool
What do you like best about the product?
Versatility and robustness, Airtable has lots of tools that will make the management of the database easier. You can use API integrations and customize your workflow in a unique way that suits your start-up or well-established organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Airtable it is a force multiplayer that makes my job easier, it is easy to grasp, and has lots of features that you don't even think are necessary before you start using them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations are really easy, especially if you are working in multiple databases. You can create rules, formulas, and devise easy task sequences that will simplify your job and help you remove repetitive tasks making them fully automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a startup or you are running a database project this software is for you.
Still Learning, but good tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use airtable to collab with other team members where we can track all the different projects that is happening within my dept and also another dept as well. I also like how easy it is to create a new task and keep me organized. Airtable is the first tool I've seen at Gap where all department uses it, which is a win since Gap is known to use so many different tools. I"ve been moving from different department and notice that everyone uses airtable now, not just certain groups , this is so great to heard because now its less tools for everyone to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I'm still having a hard time with is adding screen shot when making commons. I never know where or how to insert, which makes its hard to give directions or call out something when QAing. I end up always having to teams chat with my teammate that I was not able to add a screenshot and would would need to let her know on team to make sure they have all the correct information. This is always a extra step for me which I really dislike. Im sure its a easy way to add screenshots, but I found the UX hard to use because I still have not figured it out. I did not have that issue with Asana when I first started using it. Asana was pretty user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one thing I notice for myself is being able to finish all my task because I can clearly see what needs to be done when looking through airtable. I'm able to have my task listed out from New request, in progress, to launch. With airtable we are able to create form for other dept to submit and it will then filter through to our team and we can better order the task by who does what. What other benefits are that airtable is a great replace for smartsheet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a good switch from smartsheet to airtable. I would recommend this to other user .
User friendly tool to track progress of your tasks
What do you like best about the product?
You can create a lot of tabs and create your own views/ grids. Easy to keep track of the status of the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
One improvement which could be implemented - if I don't open the record but I opt in for "watching" I don't receive the comments unless I'm tagged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting issues of the tasks, keeping track of solved and unsolved issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is one of the most trusted and powerful projects management tool,that i have ever used in my entire life.
So far so good the customer support team is very robust and active 24hours a day and 7 days a week.
With use of Airtable i have been able to build a better project execution plan with mutual concern of my team members.

So far so good for the 4 years i have been using Airtable i have been able to achive alot of achievements together with my entire company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With use of Airtable we've been able to collaborate on all projects assign tasks and projects and follow the projects from beginning to the end. This has increased accountability and results in customer satisfaction.

Its a great platform which should be considered.
Very great organizational tool. Airtable is fancier and more intelligent Google Sheets.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Intelligent features like different views for each table, different attribute types like single select or drop downs, and finally grouping sections of tables by particular attributes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit annoying. Some of the cool features like automation are locked under a subscription paywall and it would be nice if it were available for free use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing lists of items like project backlog tasks and visualizing themthem in a Kanban board manner. It has made me more productive and increased our business performance.
