Great for Managing a Team. Not Designed for Solopreneurs
What do you like best about the product?
I was introduced to AirTable when I was working with a content marketing agency. This is the platform they used to keep everyone on the team organized.
The platform offers a lot of example workspaces, including:
- Content Marketing Pipeline
- Launch Calendar
- Brand Asset Management
- User Studies
- Job Recruitment
- Agile Product Planning
- Event Marketing
- Editorial Planner
- Digital Video Production
They also offer a ton of templates in categories like:
- Content Production

- Event Planning
- Everyday Life
- Groups, Clubs, and Hobbies
- Marketing
- Non-profit
They also offer some resources to teach you how to make the most of it.

What do you dislike about the product?
With all that being said, I think this is a great option for teams. However, I'm a solopreneur and it just isn't a good fit for me. I need something that is geared toward managing projects on my own rather than delegating tasks. All of the bells and whistles don't really apply to me. And, honestly, they're a bit overwhelming for my brain, lol. I prefer simplicity. But, again, this is probably perfect for teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that was being solved when I used it with a client was that everyone on the team needed a way to stay updated on what they needed to do. This was great for that. It also helped everyone know what everyone else had going on and the progress that had been made on various projects,

If you're looking for a simple project management tool for solopreneurs, just know that this is more for teams.
Great software for large companies.
What do you like best about the product?
AirTable is very functional and easy to use. The interface is very easy to understand. You can have an enormous amount of data in each tab, and the pages load super quickly. We have a large team and we are all able to use it at the same time with no lag.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to export data from each sheet. It would be nice for a copy and paste option, and for it to be more clear. There is an option to export data but it's a bit hidden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are analyzing data and constantly looking over each sheet daily. We have hundreds of employees and really enjoy thag Airtable loads fast with no lag. That is a huge benefit for us.
Perfect Starter Database for Small Business or Nonprofit
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable makes it easy to organize tasks, contact information, and projects. Instead of spending time programming a database, Airtable makes it possible to use right "out of the box" so that you can focus on using the software versus investing tons of time learning how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable is a relational database so the functions are limited. This makes it very easy to use (compared to Excel or other formulaic databases) but it does limit its capabilities. Just depends what you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable to organize tasks for a nonprofit as well as a law firm. It supports both organizations well. It keeps costs low and keeps the learning curve pretty flat so that it's easy for all to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable is a great database tool for nonprofits and others trying to keep costs low.
I have no idea why my company uses this service
What do you like best about the product?
It seems like it could maybe be a bit more useful than excel, but I've yet to find a situation where it could do something excel couldn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app feels very unnecessary when you can get google sheets for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable makes tables. Its really similar to excel or google sheets. We have not realized any benefits.

Dont use it. Just get better with excel.
Good product to start any project/app
What do you like best about the product?
It has a very intuitive interface and the concepts are quickly shown and explained in the UI. Also, it has a good choice of connections to other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels more a spreadsheet than a low code platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually, I use it to create small apps, proof of concepts, and such. Once you get to know the product well, can be very efficient.

A product that helps get quick on your feet no matter what you want to do.
Great to Build Tools to Integrate
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that with Airtable, I can create charts, datatables, and other tools that I can then later integrate into websites using the share feature. I really like how there are resources that show how to do this as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that when integrating with other websites, there can sometimes be an error but this can be resolved by taking the time to look through tutorials and guides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Airtable, the problem that is being solved is having a central database where information can be inputted into and then used to create charts, graphs, as well as databases that can be integrated into a website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would reccomend getting to really know Airtable through the tutorials and other resources that are made available.

customization to your needs is the biggest feature

Basic understanding of IT to customize everything the way you want it.

I love this whole program. The whole layout, concept! The cross reference Apps Views and Bases whats not to love

They dont have many resources to help you learn the program

Take the time to learn how to use airtable, and it will deffie\ntly be worth it. I have tried many other programs, but I'm always right back to Airtable

Airtable Makes Content Approval easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Airtable makes it to display content for approval to our social media clients. Clients can easily view content as well as write notes and offer approval status. We can even sort content by campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do have to upgrade to a paid option to maximize the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are transforming our client experiences + our ability to collaborate with Airtable.
