Using it for managing our IT Assets and Equipment
What do you like best about the product?
So we are using Airtable for tracking our IT Assets. It's like an online Excel where you can put your data and manage it. You can view data in Grid, share it with relevant people and also lock the view so noone else can make changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had filters like Excel. I think we can explore more using Automations.

Simple yet powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how simple the user interface is. The software's clean design makes it simple and enjoyable to use. It is less daunting for people new to airtable when it is shared among users. I really like how we can modify and manage various Airtable databases. Even the free version gives you a lot of customising choices Another thing that I enjoy is the several view choices This functionality allows us to view data in a variety of ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd want to see more integrations, especially with Microsoft. My organisation uses SharePoint Online as an intranet, and it's a nightmare to have to build up roundabout ways to coordinate data between the two programmes. It'd also be fantastic if there was a simple solution to get around pagination API difficulties where just the first 100 entries were sent to the destination.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilise it in my company for a variety of reasons. It has performed well in my job area in terms of tracking our workflow, allowing us to handle project information more efficiently and construct easy programmes for our clients and ourselves without having to write anything complicated. One of our key concerns with Airtable was used for creating a specialised backend for different integrations of different components in the application.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we were able to use a cloud based project management software that could track people's tasks, in a sort of combination between excel and an ordinary project management software. I was able to track my team's tasks and steps towards project completion in (semi) real time and could draw reports for upper management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was really difficult to learn at first (took a few weeks for even basic functionality) and I never even scratched the surface of the app's capabilities but it was still really useful using it in an ordinary way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team and project tracking, team and individual team member efficiency tracking, reporting to upper management, organization and keeping tasks seperate, holding my team accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a great off the shelf solution for those looking to upgrade from excel and google docs. My company was looking for a platform to store and manage many of our datasets and workflow. Airtable has been a great solution so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable can be expensive if not using it for a wide array of databases and users. We started using Airtable for just one solution but it was very costly. Once we figured out how to use it for many other applications, then the cost was justified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has helped us keep track of our equipment, calibrations, supporting documents, and manuals. We can set access levels for individual users and create custom views.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable is great but may require a full-time employee to set up and manage the databases you create and use.
Awesome web based software to keep your business and employees organized!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the GUI, the ability to track just about every aspect that needs organizing. I like the easy on the eyes color coated drop down options. I like the way you can tailor the information for each employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not much to dislike with this software. I wish the price for each user was a little lower or the option to buy a corporate account with unlimited users would be nice, just due to turnover, it can get costly for a smaller bussiness
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing repair claims, organizing inspections, keeping logs of daily production, keeping track and organizing attendance. It makes it so much easier to share between departments in a real time.

Don't think about it...just get it!
It generates customer confidence by having a free plan.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that I liked about airtable is that it has a monthly plan free of cost which we can acquire and thus be able to enjoy in a limited way the services that the platform has to offer, not all features are available but if the most basic and general to perform the tests to be performed, the list showing the tasks done and completed tasks is excellent because it shows your progress and that helps you move forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable is a tool that is mainly designed for large corporations with deep and complex projects which requires a huge amount of assistance from online tools such as airtable, for small developers with mini projects is not so feasible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to have an excellent organizational knowledge thanks to airtable, there were things I didn't know I could do until I tried airtable, the strangest tools and the ones I thought less useful ended up making life easier for me and most of my colleagues who tried airtable.

It's free so try it without fear of anything.
Really good management software
What do you like best about the product?
A great tool to stay organized. I also appreciate the ease with which participants can be added to track the progress of tasks. What I appreciate the most is how easy it is to manipulate the tasks. So easy to drag and drop and mark the progression of the task, as if it is finished or in progress. I love how flexible it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable is a bit expensive. It also slows down when more participants are added to the board and usage increases.

Overall, a good tool for managing workload and projects. A very flexible and functional software.

Airtable has a huge load of gadgets and incorporations that improve its current usefulness. There is likewise broad documentation and instructional exercise base for new clients to rapidly figure out how to take advantage of the stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contingent upon the size of the table you are working with, Airtable can here and there take a piece to look for a specific record. I likewise observe the structures segment to be unwieldy when attempting to do different sections.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Airtable is its user interface because it resembles that of a spreadsheet; it has made it easier to understand. Another thing I also want is its simplicity and the wide variety of tools it provides; it allows you to create simple programs and custom databases easily and in a matter of a few minutes without having to code. Airtable is better than other applications such as Excel and Google Sheets.

Despite being intuitive and easy to use, some functions impose a slight learning curve, and the mobile app interface is not that intuitive.

In my organization, we use it for several cases. Within my work area, it has had an outstanding performance in tracking our workflow, allowing us to manage project information more efficiently and create simple programs for our clients and us without having to code, nothing complex.

Airtable is a powerful and functional poly spreadsheet. It is simply excellent for managing task and project data, tracking workflows, organizing information, and much more within a single platform.
Not very comprehensive for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Connects will with Slack. Has good basic/free features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very comprehensive. If you're looking for true project management software, this only scrapes the surface. I run a marketing team and we switched to Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Airtable for project management and it just didn't have enough features. I couldn't accurately track project/task completion by team members and dates.
