Great for databases
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it very easy to create and connect multiple tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating between databases could be better.

Easy to see information about current clients
Excellent custom database for small Non-Profits
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Airtable does not require any in-depth tech knowledge or experience in order to create a custom database. My background is in the humanities but I was able to create and implement a fully-functional CRM database for my organization with only a few days of effort. My team and I found it easy to use right from the get-go so implementation was painless. If I ever encounter any issues (which is very rare), Airtable support is quick to assist with helpful suggestions. My organization uses it to track our grantmaking, relationships with individuals and organizations, our meetings/projects, and media. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I would change about Airtable at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a CRM that was low-cost to implement and also tracked grants, projects, media-mentions and meetings. It was impossible to find this software ready-made so we opted to create our own database with Airtable. Now, our organization can easily track all of these instances and more. We have a clearer view of our relationships with other organizations and individuals and can track our grants with ease.
Airtable has made event organization such a breeze and so easy to share among colleagues.
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is easy, intuitive and great for teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of functionality that is too in the weeds but that's not a drawback, it's just that I need to learn more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's streamlining information for our team and making everything easily accessible.
Versatile
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to structure different content in ways that users are able to digest based on their preferences. Content does not need to be one size fits all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on some features and extensions - specifically prefilled forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy organization of content that needs to be accessed by a number of people. Ability to keep all information in one place for easy access.
Amazing tool for any project
What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely love airtable - it has completely revitalized how our team tracks projects, manages budgets, and oversee general operations. It was very easy to get our team integrated into the system, and i couldn't imagine not having it - it is part of our day to day life now.
The Ask the Expert function is incredibly - special shout-out to Brian M who always manages to find answers to the weird problems we bring to him! His support has been so helpful in growing our department.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more ease of using formulas for odd/different types of calculations, similar to excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the re-designing of the forms has been a great UX upgrade! Much easier to use now

What do you like best about the product?
I like that my whole team is able to connect and collaborate in one place. The color coding options are also extremely easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some quirks that are hard to work out, but honestly I think these are more user error than anything else..

Central place to connect and gather data

Airtable continues to surprise me with features that make my work life far easier, saving time for important non-profit programming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having human support through Airtable is challenging. We don't always have funding for consultation at other businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps streamline my tasks and keep me organized. It creates central systems for our programming that can put everything in one place.

Airtable supports our academic tracking within our organization and program.
Couldn't do it without Airtable
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has allowed my team to achieve unprecedented alignment across multiple verticals, and to gain new depth of insight into our content creation process. We use it daily and simply couldn't coordinate effectively without it. One thing that's especially great is that it easily allows for a range of engagement types -- there are folks who just use it as a source of truth, and others who manage their entire workflow with it, and it's flexible to accommodate both.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get the most value out of Airtable, it helps to have a dedicated internal resource -- while I've found it easy to implement, it's not exactly plug-and-play for our use case.

Coordination on content creation and content lifecycle across multiple teams.
Airtable has been a useful and collaborative platform used by my colleagues and I.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that my co-workers and I could collaborate using Airtable. It was a one stop for all our work and data. It has diverse bases that could be tailored to our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we were able to find out how to match different Excel bases and forms with one another. An example would be matching mentors and mentees based on the interests that they fill out on the different forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has helped us align work across our non-profit. Instead of having different Excel sheets on Microsoft or Google, airtable has become a one stop shop for all of our data. It's useful because we don't have to send emails or messages to one another to get data that we may need.
