Best Project management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable, in many ways, is like a simplified Excel. However, the interface is intuitive and easy-to-use, so gleaning information out of raw data is simple. I'm impressed by it's versatility, as well. Initial implementation was fast and easy, and finding additional support services has been great. We use if for everything from basic office metrics to analyzing survey information to tracking ongoing projects. The addition of some AI as well as interface support has been welcome and useful. We've not graduated to much heavier use, including integration with some of our existing system, and working on automation to improve both our use and data integrity.
What do you dislike about the product?
While simplicity and flexibility is its strength, it can be somewhat "too simple", not providing more flexibility and power of some advanced calculations or more flexible/advanced charting options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving multiple issues: (1) we are centralizing reporting for the entire office, so everyone can get access to reports; (2) we are providing a cloud-based solution, so access is from "wherever we are" rather than just in the office; (3) we use it to track and report ongoing projects; and (4) we use it to support our outreach efforts, including as a Customer database.
Good tool but not cost effective
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality that we used it for was just the org chart. It was easy to add, format, and delete as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The download and print options were limited, and we could not have the global view without going with a massive piece of paper or tiny print. Also, the cost per editor was expensive for our use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it for the current state organization chart and the future state. We were able to create the different views with ease, and it helped with our hiring plan and organizational change options.
Airtable - Highly Adaptable Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Like the title says, this project management tool is very adaptable so if you are a fan on similar products like favro, jira, trello, etc. you can customize it to do pretty much the same thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many options and parameters to play within the card view modes that it might take some getting used to all the weeding out of things you don't need to get the view settings just the way you want it. But once you do that, it's very efficient, and you are on your way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like its competitors, it's great at tracking the status of approval chains, so nothing slips through the cracks.
A great way to centralize project management
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Airtable is the ease of operation and the general appearance of being very easy to use in a centralized location. Also, the various ways to view tasks are very impressive, allowing you to create timelines, maps, calendars, charts, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I didn't like about Airtable was the lack of communication tools, it's really just a task management tool.

Airtable makes team task management efficient, getting work done in the shortest possible time.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a tool that helps you make excellent project management, it is easy to use, and there is automation that helps you make the work easier, very easy to follow
What do you dislike about the product?
Here in the group, we have a lot of projects, and sometimes it is challenging to find a specific project quickly. Also, I wouldn't say I like that I cannot place a role or position into a member of the teams so that I can filter by status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the Team divided into 4 or 5 different cities and countries, so Airtable is helping us organize our projects, and it help us make this easier for us to follow; the notifications are great.
Airtable is a great platform for project management and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The way the default dashboards are structured is intuitive while offering as much customization as you want. Collaboration tools are exceptional as many people may be working on a dashboard and it will update in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of its integrations, such as Slack, Microsoft Outlook Google Calendar, are limited. At first, the interface can be difficult to understand because there are many customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is a great platform to collaborate on projects and keep track of the progress of different projects.
All in one project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience and functionality of creating multiple sheets projects and folders is really useful.

Nothing to dislike as of now. Still exploring the functionality.

Not user friendly, but perhaps newer updates provides more intuitive usage

The interface is great- I found that it was easier to navigate than a trello- and integrated all of of my use-cases into one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau just does everything better- and not having our entire team on Airtable made it challenging

Excellent and user friendly management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable permits a gathering of associates to store, share, and work together with data and append records. The data may be thoughts, stock, errands, or something different. Likewise, the onboarding and preparing are so straightforward and not time concentrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to make more modest, more granular subtasks for each mission, project, task, and so forth. You can check out a mission from a significant level outline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My group fundamentally involves Airtable for a project on the board and arranging. It's useful for arranging out all viewpoints/projects that are needed for each mission so we can prepare.
