What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to the critical project and task information data we need to complete projects and tasks, Airtable covers all the bases. Most collaboration components' grid layout makes setting up and evaluating work material more natural for our users. Airtable links our team during the project development phase and allows us to work together. It has substantial project management tools and meets all of our requirements during the development process. One of my favorite aspects of utilizing AirTable as an asset management tool is the ability to create collections to share with colleagues based on tags or categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no different themes that can be used to add a personal touch to a particular project. Not all projects are created the same, but Airtable's design and flow is a bit general and not always ideal for all projects. Airtable can be improved with some better mathematical functions. For example, it is very difficult to calculate a formula based on some kind of filter, such as an aggregate function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Airtable, you can improve communication with customers based on the "calendar". You can show your customers what they are doing throughout the month. Staying transparent with them, viewing reports and adding creativity in this cool interactive calendar brings a whole new level to their eyes. Airtable is the primary platform used by workgroups to post and receive information about projects and tasks. New users in our group can quickly collect all the details of the project without having to contact anyone or receive information by email. With Airtable, you can quickly get information about your new job online. You can work on your project goals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You don't have to wait until business hours to meet people or get related files.

Airtable has been an excellent experience; it's a fantastic solution for team cooperation. As soon as you join up, I recommend trying the desktop and mobile versions of Airtable. It will assist you in becoming acquainted with all of the tools and learning about the advantages of utilizing one version over the other. Airtable has several typical purposes, such as task management and project mapping, but it also has numerous uses that are not covered by traditional solutions. They have a plethora of fantastic templates that you can go through to see how you can make it work for you. Overall, the database is adaptable and useful if you are unsure about what you want.

Airtable lets us to organize all of our projects and activities; it is a very adaptable tool that gives several views of the bases, allowing us to manage and monitor the team's work from many perspectives and situations. It's a fantastic tool for cross-collaboration; I really like how you can tag other members to inform them of developments, and it's all housed in the same thread. It's also useful to be able to go back and check the project's status/progress so you know when it has to be done. Airtable has made cross-collaboration and project management considerably easier. I utilize it with different teams for different project tasks, but it makes the process of working on projects much more fluid.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to get the most out of the product, you should request that your business implement a paid plan. I wish there was a method to incorporate email threads as a payload in Airtable so that when certain email exchanges occur, they do not readily transfer to Airtable. It may also be a steep learning and adjustment curve, thus it would be preferable to make it more digestible for training purposes.

We use Airtable to handle projects and information, which has assisted us in solving cross-collaboration and project management issues. Say goodbye to the dreadful Excel spreadsheets you've been forced to use. This is well-organized and prepares you for effective communication. It makes projects lot more transparent and easy to collaborate on, as opposed to continuously asking a coworker for an update or information on their progress.

I would strongly suggest it if you work on projects with several teams or wish to get rid of Excel docs. Determine what you need to utilize the tool for before choosing on a product. Airtable is primarily a hybrid spreadsheet/database application with several capabilities and features, but if you only need something for project management, you'll definitely be better at ease with Asana or Trello.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Airtable only sends notifications to interested people when different project tasks are completed, especially when you're depending on someone else to finish the job before you start your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable should improve the interface a bit, as it sometimes gets overloaded with text and sometimes it's a bit difficult to find a concrete alternative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is the best project tracking and team collaboration software from my point of view. It's very easy to use, and everyone on our team was able to learn it quickly enough. I love the chat option through the software so we don't have to use our phones and get distracted while communicating.
Easy access, Customized reports as per the requirements
What do you like best about the product?
I like Airtable to pull out reports as per the requirement and can set a reminders / notifications when and where required.

I dont find any dislikes for Airtable. I will try to re-review again when i find it

Strong Project Management tool with emerging reporting functionality
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to help me keep track of my team's projects and connect how those projects connect to other team workstreams. Excel was my go-to task manager before but the opportunity to share common fields across different teams and then capture basic real-time reporting has been super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very easy to get way over-complicated with projects and tasks making management of the project a project in itself. I have also found the reporting tools to be extremely basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage customer evidence pipeline and customer advocacy programs out of Airtable and maintain cross-team project lists. Airtable has helped me track the impact of our modern advocacy efforts.
Awesome for project management
What do you like best about the product?
With Airtable it is very easy to easily track the progress of tasks. I can create multiple projects at the same time and manage them from the same control panel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reminders can be annoying. Still sends reminders even if the task has already been marked as complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable for general project schedule tracking. Being able to keep track of all my business projects, tasks, and requests across all of our business functions is very helpful.

The user interface is very configurable, adaptable, and simple to use. What I enjoy best about Airtable is that it allows me to construct graphs, data tables, and other tools that I can then embed in websites utilizing the sharing option. I appreciate how there are materials that illustrate how to achieve this, and I also enjoy how there is amazing collaboration support, which helps us and our team to interact quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that integration with other websites can fail, but you can fix it by reading tutorials and guides. It may be useful to add a color picker that allows you to select a custom color that has a hexadecimal value that matches your organization's color.

The problem that Airtable solves is the need for a central database into which information can be input and then utilized to build tables, graphs, and databases that can be connected into a website. Airtable is used by us to manage, track, and coordinate tasks. It enables us to keep on top of our work. It assists us in keeping crucial chores from being ignored.

I love how everything is color coded, which makes it easy to organize projects and see where they currently are. It is very reasonably priced and an invaluable tool for running a small business.

Adding an item, a list, or even a new group is confusing and unclear. Add items to the top of the page instead of an actual list.

Due to the implementation of Airtable in the Human Resources area for project management and customer service, a significant reduction in the number of lost emails was achieved, as well as a significant increase in the level of customer satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible and multifunctional Airtable can be; at the user interface level, it is clean and very easy to understand; moreover, Airtable integrates capabilities usually found in spreadsheet applications and database applications. The simplicity with which tables are created is incredible, as is filtering and grouping data; in my organization, we use it to track and follow up on tasks, projects, work team participation, storing and safeguarding employee data and more; it is a very versatile tool.

Airtable is a great tool both visually and functionally, however, what I liked the least is that the automation is still a bit clunky.

Airtable has provided us with an environment loaded with functions and features that have allowed us to work in a more organized way, plan projects better and ensure that we are not going to overlook any important tasks. The impact within my organization has been quite positive and the improvements evident; in short, it has met many of our needs and has given the organization the ability to make the status of projects more visible. It works excellently.

Airtable is a suitable tool for project management, project tracking and collaboration without any limitations. It is intuitive, easy to understand and has excellent features to make the status of tasks, projects and even the participation of those involved more visible. It is well worth it.
