It's quite better than Excel and easy to use. We can have different datasets in a single grid.

Product roadmapping. I've realized that I could fit a ton of information into the cells easily. More then Excel

What do you like best about the product?
The best about this cloud collaborative tool is that it becomes very handy in terms of usage of the relational databases. It's colorful too, so one can easily alter and highlight the row.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since in the free version you get very limited access to highlight the row and change colour options and tag which leads to an upgrade ultimately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since our team is working remotely as of now it becomes very convenient to interact and allocate tasks in Airtable.

Simple interface, practical workspaces and boards, different views, and different access levels for team members and external viewers

Limited options to edit table views, lags when adding new rows, filtering is confusing

Airtable is an excellent project management tool, it makes work easier
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a fantastic tool, and there are several ways to customize it to meet the needs of your organization. I enjoy how we can customize and monitor several Airtable databases. In fact, even the free form provides a plethora of redo options. Another feature I like is the limited number of view options; this tool allows us to see information in a variety of ways. It includes a visually appealing user interface with different spaces for graphic work operations and messaging. It's similar to sketching out work planning tasks on a whiteboard, only we can do it online and get real-time updates. The cost is reasonable for enterprises of any size, and it is scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, but I'm in the process of transitioning my existing programming framework to Airtable, so it's a bit of a loop that wouldn't gain much from outside involvement. It would be preferable if there was a version that we could install on our own servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Airtable, I've had the choice of having fantastic hierarchical information. There were things I didn't know it could do until I tried Airtable, the strangest devices and the ones I thought were less useful ended up making my life simpler. With Airtable, my planning efforts are considerably more structured. I've cut down on the quantity of paper, software, and other resources required for activity planning. I receive notifications when new information is uploaded and can respond more quickly when new tasks are assigned to me. When it comes to referencing meeting notes, I make fewer mistakes since everyone engaged can contribute data directly to the Airtable platform rather than forwarding traditional notes to others.

I don't like how hard it is to create visuals. It's pretty difficult to set up fully functioning tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how visual the platform is and all the ways that I can customize the schedule to cater it to my workflow and help my team get projects completed in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like there are too many options and there is a bit of a learning curve to get the hang of it, it has proven trickier to some employees to uptake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping us with a collaborative schedule that we can all update. Previously Google Sheets was our best bet but now we have a dedicated tool with Airtable.

What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to create a content library with links, titles, and info about where I've used it and how I've tweaked SEO, titles, and so on. Super easy to share each base as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many things that you can do, it can be easy to get a little "lost" in the system and lose track of everything that is possible. Provide your team members training for sure!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to organize content for repurposing needs, and it is so helpful. Also have organized information I want team members to have access to, and have public and private bases.
Airtable is Helpful for Organizing Content
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable's ability to organize content is great. Being able to add, label, tag, and filter what is relevant is super helpful. Also creating forms for others to fill in content is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company tried to use Airtable for project management and it is not robust enough to be functional. It seems more set up for big picture project management, not the daily updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a place to organize our content in a way that is accessible to multiple team members. We collect testimonies and images. It's great to filter by date or based on tags/ labels we have assigned.
