What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is very robust and works in real time. Airtable doesn't need a third-party plugin such as Zappier to update records from Salesforce. Once it's connected to Salesforce, pulling the data and setting up automation to manipulate the data is easy. The best part is that Airtable don't hike their prices for new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable is not cheap. It is relatively more expensive then Airtable. I think that is the only drawback. At the moment, there isn't anything that I have disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Airtable over Asana mainly if you need a better project management tool that needs to manage the hours and minutes too. Also, if you need to integrate with Salesforce for customer's data. Automation is very easy to set and they are a good product to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Airtable to keep up to date all the customer database, we also use it to keep the inventory of equipment and work tools. It has many other very useful functions such as keeping the profitable hours of the projects and being able to closely monitor the expenses of the activities, as it is also a very complete crm.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is not very easy to use, I think it loses a bit of the aesthetics it has in its web version, making it difficult to navigate. It has many layers of function and subfunction that can confuse the cells, they should look for a design a little lighter to the eye so that the screen does not look so saturated with information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The administrative department, as well as the logistics and project department, are happy using Airtable, because it is not only a complete crm, where we can see the progress of the tasks with the Gantt chart, but also the productive hours, resource management and also have the order and control of the database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very simple software to use, with the same ease of use as an Excel spreadsheet, so its learning curve is very low. It has many useful functions, not only for the progress of projects, but also to know your income and expenses and thus avoid money leakage, which is beneficial for the company.

The mobile app isn’t great at all and not really useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable can be helpful when you have it set up correctly and is really nice to have a visual calendar for what your timeline of campaigns might look like. It's also nice to be able to see what other people on your team might be working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your administrator or person who set up the airtable didn't do it right it can be a bit confusing to keep track of projects. Our team was using it for marketing campaigns and it just was not the right use case for Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was helpful to see the campaign timelines and how they would progress and it also was helpful to see what teammates were doing so that we could all stay on track with our work.

Airtable is a fantastic collaborative project management solution. It is simple for team members to communicate and save files in the cloud. It makes it easy to login into several devices and accesses all necessary info. With Airtable, you may alter the presentation of your data from a grid to a list of the results.

Occasionally, things are not as user-friendly as they could be. I often examine many templates before duplicating one or twenty others before creating my own. This process requires time, so be patient. Once configured, it is usually simple to use.

I can organize my social media content schedules for the month using Airtable. Because I plan, I can remain on top of things and publish on social media on time. I've learned to be more organized and work with my team more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It is in one platform that you find content operations, marketing integration and project management are handy in Airtable anytime anywhere. Be it mobile or desktop, Airtable is a great digitization partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It maybe a bit confusing when you are a beginner when navigating through the platform's transparent process automations. However when you are done I the walkthrough that you'll realize everything is there as you go along.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far all content organization, tasking, improvements, marketing process automation, and even secures access become possible when using Airtable. It is even more handy to use when migrating data from a site to another without losing any information bits.

still missing some basic spreadsheet features (find and replace) and although apps are available, they can be buggy. Looking forward to more configure-ability and customization of interfaces for dashboarding.
