Airtable is a powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
You get the single-source-of-truth functonality of a database, with a visually appealing front-end
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little bit overwhelming to learn. It's also getting less and less feature-rich for non-Enterprise customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping all of my data organized. It's also allowing me to very easily share that data with others.
Airtable is all I use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized you can be. You can manipulate data with ease without messing any of the data up. Also, each of their pricing tiers gives so much value. The best part is that Airtable can be connected to so many other apps with ease and it has its own Automation tool built in.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there was a downside, it would be that their formulas don't include complex math functions, but this could easily be fixed by running a script within Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps me stay organized having all data in one place where I can share segments of it to those that need it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it for free. Airtable's free tier allows you to do so much. You won't be disappointed.

Creating databases and connecting with other apps (Typeform, Calendly, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that can't perform any formula in a field level

Allowed me to create my own recruitment panel for UX Research, having everything in one place
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Super intuitive, easy to use, love the UX. Like the fact that you can connect it with other apps such as Typeform, Calendly and others that I daily use
A great project management tool for remote team!+
What do you like best about the product?
Easier to assign tasks to each of the members. Like the grid view and know what's the actual progress of each task. Like how quickly changes and edits take place .
What do you dislike about the product?
Easier to assign tasks to each of the member of the team. But its difficult to keep track of changes. A mobile notification of updates would have been better unless they tag us each time for an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a remote team to work on , this is great way of communication. Also pending tasks are assigned . Have been more productive because we know at what stage each level is .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small team then this is a great way of project management and to assign tasks to other members . Your client also can see whats happening and transparency is being shown. How ever, you may need to check tasks individually of you need to know if there is a change for you.
Make the work automate and make spreadsheet more powerfull

We can automate the task and make manual tasks automatic, and make collaboration easy, fast, and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more database import options like JSON, and many more databases should be there.

It automates manual tasks and can make collaboration easy, fast, and secure. It has multiple templates so it saves time.

Easy to collaborate, I Enjoyed using it a lot. There are many templates to start you can import old sheets, CSV, etc.
Simple DB to organize everything
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable allows me to organize everything, from personal to professional life, in one simple database. It has many great customization options. Relationships can be created between tables and switched between layouts as needed. It's a spreadsheet with all the power and flexibility of a DB.

With the number of features and the option to customize the sheet, new users may have problems

It's never been easier to organize and analyze complex projects that include various information.

its a data base management software on steroids, its easy to use and user friendly. You can design your own DB

I only dislike the cost of the platform, i wish it could be cheaper.

Free team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
As a UX Engineer, I've been assigned to manage all of the app's assets. That means, I need to make sure all of our screens are updated and ready for investor presentations when needed. I like their feature of linking one screen to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think because most people are not familiar with it, they don't bother to check it out thoroughly. But I think it works! For a free account, you'll get almost everything that you need especially managing tasks or like me, managing assets and linking to each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, as I have mentioned it helps me a lot to manage all the screens of our application. Everytime the product owner or CEO needs to review functions, it's easy to provide him the gallery view which all has all the descriptions I have prepared. Works all the time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I still think people should try this one, it's one of the product management we used for over a year or so. I can say it helps me a lot with regards to managing the assets of out application.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is, in my opinion, a superior alternative to Google Sheets. It contains more sophisticated capabilities that allow you to see and utilize your data in various ways based on the filters you select, so it simplifies your job.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found much that I don't like. It took a little practice to figure out how to use the site, but the interface was good overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing several organizational options allows us to keep track of any event or project quickly and easily. It also allows teams of any size to handle tasks, clients, and ideas from a centralized location.

If you know the basics of designing and implementing a relational database, Airtable could make you and your team much more productive.
