An interesting tool with a lot of scope

The multiple sorting and display options with the clean minimal interface

Little to no API linkage and automation :(

What do you like best about the product?
It takes excel and merges that visual format with a database like functionality. It is super user friendly and allows a wild amount of customization through formals, scripting, an extension ecosystem, and prebuilt options. It is also very user friendly and responsive and visually appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is super customizable, but some customization features have a limit. For example, Scripting is very flexible, but a button-initiated script has more script functions available to it than an automated script.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making a database-like functionality very accessible. I am using it as a backend for a front end no code web builder extension. It is very powerful and is allowing people to get to the meat of data manipulation without the barriers of having to learn how to set up a server or a unique code language.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it Airtable makes our data look organized.
Without having to delete or archive data, it is ideal for hiding information for ease of use.
Between workgroups, databases can be created and edited.
Teams can work cooperatively through synchronization, project discussion, and shared notes.

What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can be challenging to navigate because it sometimes lacks the qualities of the web version.
The structure and navigation of Airtable is still not very unanimous.
I wish the forms could be more easily customized.
It would be great if you could add, set and remember deadlines for particular projects.

Airtable offers the ability to create and maintain custom views.
Useful for project management or updating lead sources, and tagged comments.
Task delegation, tracking, and completion can be done quickly and conveniently in one place.
Views can be modified to only display what is relevant to each team member.

What do you like best about the product?
Capable of storing more diverse data in a structured and organized way. Allows third party to input data into the base. Generates Gantt charts from tables representing tasks with start and end dates
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization is satisfactory but the user access levels fail to live up to the flexibility the rest of the platform provides
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintain project oversight and never miss a deadline. Access data and migrate it to other databases without compromising its integrity. Breaking down huge tasks into subtasks for easier assignment to teams

Airtable is a highly versatile and reliable platform I have used for storing, sharing, and collaborating with colleagues on numerous occasions. It's very simple to learn how to use, and its interface is very intuitive too! Additionally, it's compatible with loads of different programs, which makes it even more helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Airtable's learning curve is not incredibly steep, it requires some time to become familiar with its features and capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and coordinating teams across multiple media platforms can be time-consuming and error-prone. Airtable can help reduce the time needed to update and sync files and the number of errors that occur when coordinating team members.
Best no-code tool for database management
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has made it very simple to launch simple applications using no-code tools only. Its integration with multiple widely used no-code tools like Bubble has made it very simple to create applications. Apart from that, the support for writing functions, and calling out get post requests inside makes it a top-notch database management tool. It has become very simple to create interactive dashboards using Airtable for DBMS. For starting out and making a quick MVP, use Airtable. This can be understood by those also who don't know to code and fear a bit of technical Mongo DB.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've loved Airtable till now, no issues with the tool. My only hesitation is that it is expensive, but haven't found any other tool that can be so simple to set up without any technical expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for managing data and building out a simple MVP using the integration with other no-code tools. This helps me try out small ideas, do interactive surveys and make simple dashboards using the data.

It has a great many uses for organizations big or small

The support is terrible, as in nonexistent. Critical or small issues, none are supported by the Airtable Team

I'd like to solve problems with Airtable, but they refuse to help with why certain features are not working, and their submit a ticket button just shows a large X when you try to submit a support ticket

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a fantastic software with user-friendly visual elements. It helps users see different perspectives of planned and ongoing activities to be customized to their needs. Occasionally I prefer to work with a schedule view or Gantt chart, but Airtable is quick to respond and change according to my preferences. The best part of this software? It was inexpensive! One of Airtable's inexpensive plans can help meet our financial needs without breaking the bank. Plus, I love that they offer building blocks that increase interactivity and collaboration between team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable may have a steeper learning curve due to its complexity, but the value it brings to process mapping is well worth it. I find Excel's commands for cleaning and parsing data more intuitive and natural, but Airtable is still a valuable tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has proven to be a valuable asset, consolidating multiple technology platforms and data sources into one. This saves money and makes it easier to implement and iterate processes across the organization. With Airtable, we only need to change one platform's infrastructure instead of juggling updates across multiple systems.

When starting to work with a lot of tables and columns, it is easy to get lost.

Airtable helps me having one unique data source for key elements of our business, avoiding each team having their own spreadsheets and sets of data.
