What do you like best about the product?
I like how users have such flexibility to customize views and functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone getting used to using Airtable the learning curve is pretty high. Because there is so much you can do with it, it's not the most intuitive and easy to use off the bat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping the small business I work with streamline, consolidate, and create a database to capture data and a centralized place for all project needs.

What do you like best about the product?
A very intriguing technology with outstanding information-distribution capabilities is Airtable. Finding the best quality services has been quite impressive, and it has provided many advantages to reach a compilation in the interface to carry out the tasks efficiently. The most crucial factor is the essence it communicates in the development of the projects; it is very flexible and has historically been the most acceptable alternative for teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because they haven't resolved some of my difficulties, I don't enjoy the support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management has provided many benefits because we are more self-taught to combine the tasks with the objectives. The administration has been an effective software to support new integral task management. We have obtained multiple solutions to improve the organization and quality of each advanced project. Airtable is an incredibly easy-to-use and secure program for task management.
The new smart spreadsheet like service
What do you like best about the product?
Having familiarity with spreadsheets the jump to this tool is relatively easy, all same logic is applied plus advances easy-to-pick features to build, and organize tables and charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
the landing page and how it organizes the tables and charts is very simple, and one needs to remember the resource name, also it'd be nice to have an easy way to integrate tables and dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All about spreadsheets, grouping, sorting, filtering, and calculated fields. Add-up is too simple, and also one can't apply formatting rules besides this I like the option to that makes easy to provide different views of the same information.
The perfect alternative to google sheets! Its basically a spreadsheet but far more powerful!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Airtable for multiple years now. I have used it in high school and in college, and I have been blown away by how easy it is to create powerful and customizable apps and workflows from just a spreadsheet. Airtable really reinforces the notion that Data is King. The interface of the website is very intuitive and easy to pick up, and once you understand the basics, the possibilities and endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are planning on using. it with big teams, it can be a little expensive. I greatly enjoy the Intrafaces feature that was recently released, but it is not possible to share with external people, so that would be something I would like to see in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have always wanted a better alternative to storing all my data in google sheets. As much as I like using Sheets or Excel, I have always felt like it limited me and didn't let me connect my data with third-party services. Airtable was the perfect solution to this.
Airtable is the “Google Sheets for Information” for me.
What do you like best about the product?
Connecting different table fields through relationships is the most powerful feature for me. I couldn't do this in Google Sheets or Excel, and I had to struggle with duplicating entries in multiple places. Now I can have a single source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the software is very capable and flexible. However, I do miss writing canvas as I get in Notion. Airtable, could do a better job in implementing database pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allows me to organize information without duplication in the familiar spreadhseet format. Well-defined column fields make it possible to maintain database entries without errors and automatcially handles data validations.
Visually breaks down organization in a clean and simple way
What do you like best about the product?
Seeing tasks and deadlines in a clear and concise manner. The multiple view options and separate tabs are especially appreciated. Integrations are a must for some of the work, and while I wish it were already part of the platform, I'm glad there is still a way to customize the bases. Of all the project management software out there, I prefer the visual layout Airtable offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The date options are very limited. Not all dates are singular and often I find needing a date range to be reflected properly on the calendar. In addition, sometimes projects have a lot of details that need to be tracked. Unfortunately, that can mean endless scrolling to the right to see everything. Not sure how to fix that. And moving the priority information in the single task view is often glitchy and doesn't really work properly. I wish certain tabs can only be viewed by certain people. Right now it only allows limiting the capabilities to users within each tab. Having to create a separate base for this is monetarily expensive. Lastly, including budgets in Airtable so far hasn't met up to my expectations. Being able to track incoming money, donations, expenses, fund sources is imperative to my work. Without those options, the budget tools don't work for me and are used in very elementary ways. Forms are limited as well. I need forms to assign an automated visible number to each submission and allow the submitter to print and save the submitted form. Probably the biggest issue for Airtable with me is lack of customer support. For the price of adding users and specific tools you would think that a customer could get better service - phone, email, even chat - although chat boxes tend to be too robotic and limited, would be appreciated. To be able to customize or solve issues with Airtable, you have to do a lot of Googling, reading, experimenting - which is very time consuming or you have to pay for an outside Airtable expert to help you. I've done both, and am not satisfied. It's been very expensive to just experiment with Airtable before knowing if it will actually work for your needs. Our company did not meet the size requirements to receive help, which is a big blow. Team size should not matter. I get better customer support for less with many other software tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share project tasks and missions with a team is valuable. The simple and clean layout makes it easier to share, especially for those who are not as savvy in project management software or tools. I also like having everything in one place for a project and not rely on multiple Excel workbooks, documents, and drives.
Projects very well managed with Airtable, simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
As a project collaborator, Airtable is fantastic. I have loved how easy it has been for me to manage tasks. The program's internal workings have been so flawless that no errors have occurred. Establishing a well-detailed strategy for each user in each department and cooperating on the most significant project activities has been essential, and there have been no problems with pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Older operating systems can make Airtable a bit slow, but I recognize that professionals must keep their tools up to date. However, it is essential to continue to use old-fashioned procedures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We simply find it to be a highly developed and expertly designed project management software. By defining the quality of tasks according to their importance, it makes it easy for us to understand what is most crucial to the project management process. It offers performance that is way ahead of competitors. It integrates seamlessly. Because it simplifies the process and is therefore enjoyable, we can manage interesting tasks alongside simpler ones.
I love Airtable, but cotalker is better.
What do you like best about the product?
It have a nice IU/UX, i love when i start the app and it runs so fast in mi iphone. The collaborative usage helps a lot in my work with my teammates. We use to talk about it for hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its a little slow in android and i think that could be point of develop. When i open a new tab i cannot see te lower buttons and thats annoying for the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can access to the data faster and easier than using excel and talk about it within getting out of the app. That pushes the productivity of the team and amplifies it about 2X.
It does what it is supposed to!

I love the filtering features and the organization of it all.

It can be pretty touchy and you have to edit/ insert data specific ways.

Keeps our data organized! Multiple users can easily access the info.

navigation. not easy to get into the workspace, have been using it for 2 years now and each time I even don't know how to find my kanban task view, I use my old notifications to get redirected in there

using it as a cross-team collaboration tool for submitting tasks that require attention from other departments
