Ok program management platform, but never quite clicked for me
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the organized list of projects, in order by due date, and how you could label each one by it's status.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more emphasis on comments/interaction/discussion within the platform so that everything happening with the project could happen in one place. The creative brief fields seemed out of order/not intuitive - hard to find information. There was a lag between logging hours in a ticket and having them show up in total hours. I also had no idea how to distinguish between the project tickets/creative base and the tables where clients reviewed and approved work. Like they didn't have different names and I didn't know how to easily get from one to the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solved project due date organization, time logging, allowed me to see all projects that the company was working on.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily Airtable integrates with several other tools and services that I already use. I use it for multiple no-code projects as my backend database. It's easy to set up and syncs quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you're unable to bulk edit columns in Airtable. It makes setup of databases a bit difficult because you spend too much time individually editing. The only other major thing would be the ability to manage timezones in Airtable especially if I'm working with stakeholders across multiple timezones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my problem of creating a backend for my no code projects. It allows me to better manage all kinds of data in a business context compared to the usual habit of using a spreadsheet to do project management, reports, etc.
incredibly flexible software that is great for productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has loads of very useful and flexible templates. I have used it in teaching sessions and used it to collaborate with clients. It can do almost anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable has lots of potential so it is worth spending some time learning what it can do, that learning curve might be a bit steep for some people but it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Airtable to keep a record of work tasks, work applied for and as a calendar. The layouts are flexible and it makes a very quick and easy database that is searchable.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very robust tool for building many solutions for your business. It has a superb filtering interface in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cross-linking tables is more cumbersome than I would like. Although they offer many templates for a given industry, most I've looked at are relatively simplistic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a simple way to have a single source of information across the company.
An increidbly smart spreadsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface. Easy to link different tables to keep organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to comment on sheet; not ideal as a collaboration / active working tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep our data schema straight. We built a code-generator based on AirTable in order to kick start development of code.

Overall, the software is very capable and flexible, it makes it easy to organize tasks, contact information, and projects (on a professional and personal level)

What do you dislike about the product?
Just like anything in life, there's a slight learning curve, but once you get past that phase, Airtable is a very powerful tool. However, the forms do lack the flexibility to customize to my liking and needs. It is also mainly designed for small teams and not very large teams in general because the more people use it, the pricer it is... I really wish it was a little bit cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allows me to structure, organize and present data... making it my best for resource planning events, projects, and even meetings!
It's honestly even better than using a Google doc spreadsheet, which allows me to be more productive, and creative, attach images, add notes, etc.
I like the fact that I can share the data and have the option of live chats for quicker collaboration and feedback from any department within the company.

No-Code Databases to Track Anything
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is amazing because it makes it extremely easy for users to create complex relational databases with custom automations using no code at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike so far is that they send out too many emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using Airtable to track the competition and the features offered in their products. Airtable's features allow us to do this in ways no other product can.
Transformation is so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has changed how I do my job. I can exchange information with others, automate tasks, and gather data rapidly. I can't imagine doing my job without it because it is ingrained in my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable makes it simple to manipulate information and data. Data entry is straightforward. The functionality of getting data OUT of Airtable is still not as good as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I use Airtable to organize, plan, and iterate on our instructional design projects. The platform enables us to share multimedia files, such as storyboard documents, images, and images, with the product owner for immediate feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
The personal views and all I can do with them. How many functionalities it has!
What do you dislike about the product?
Load time can be long at times, but having a dedicated support person is good.

Having lots, LOTS of data in just one place instead of many sheets.
Smarter Databases!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has a very simple and synchronized method for making databases. I like how with Airtable, I can use a database - configure multiple views, automate things, and even make full-grown interfaces for use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable UI with 'Workspaces' and 'Bases' can often feel cluttered. There's a lot of material (like Learning & Resources) that really comes in the way of my engagement.

I'm running a airtable form that links to an airtable database for similar minded product makers who support each other. Via an Airtable Script Extension, I am able to sort out duplicates & fake submissions.
