able to integrate and flexibly design databases to address many use cases - personal and professional

some integration issues of data with certain platforms (e.g. typeform)

What do you like best about the product?
Great for collaboration. Works like a Google sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to input formulas. No PivotTable function - so not exactly an Excel sheet.

Really easy way to upload receipts and get reimbursed for business expensives
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would catch if I've already uploaded a previous receipt and/or show me all submissions.

Allows me to get business expenses reimbursed

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing about Airtable is probably the option to customize how data is structured. The best thing about this is that it allows you to capture the important data you need, and visualize it different ways to get solid insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much. It was a confusing tool at first, the learning curve was pretty steep. That was mainly because of the lack of training that my company had for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to manage the budgets for my client's projects, their projects, and the individual tasks that they require to improve their programs. Performance increases have come as the admins for our company have improved data structures.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has streamlined our creative approval pipeline with clients.
I love how easy it is to customize to each client needs as everyone has different needs / ways of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish video files would show a thumbnail / preview in the galleries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to get fast approval for creative from clients.
It keeps our dialouge all in one place making it easy to track changes.
The filters allow us to show clients where the creative is in it's life eg quality control, needs edits, approved, launched, paused etc.

What do you like best about the product?
My department uses Airtable for project ticketing and management, as well as client deliveries and reviews. We've found it to be a valuable, dynamic platform for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Airtable allows for significant customization, that customization can take some serious work to build and can "break" functionality in other areas. We've also found that it doesn't always have all the features we'd like it to, although the company seems responsive to feedback and has added features we've requested over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable for all of our internal project assignments and tracking, and we also use it to deliver content to clients and house all feedback and edits for that content.

Perfect for managing my agency to-do's

What do you like best about the product?
The SPEED. Since you can create and update items without waiting for a page to refresh, it is incredibly quick to update your tasks on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable isn't a standard project management CMS - it's a custom table/view builder which is great but it means learning curve for clients used to Basecamp etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use AirTable to manage my agency's client to-do's, creating and assigning tasks for my colleagues and myself. Quicker updating = less work = more likely to update!

Great Tool for Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
Platform is very easy and intuitive. Downtime is non-existent. We use this product across multiple teams and for multiple use cases on a daily basis and it's been a great help to us in staying organized across teams. I would also add that the free version meets all of our needs, which is great for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike. There are some features in the paid version which seem like they would be nice to have, but I can hardly fault a company for paywalling some of it's more advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable to collaborate across teams in real time. Most of the time this is internal to the company, but we also use it as a form for our clients to gather and store information.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and so many functionalities that you can easily integrate into another system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is working perfectly so I am not seeing anything that presses concern.
