Flexible database right in your hands
What do you like best about the product?
What I can do is NOT limited to only what I can imagine - Airtable has great templates & suggestions for getting started and for making whatever I want to track more insightful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost too many choices. I know that sounds ridiculous, but it really is an open field of possibilities! I would like a few more diverse templates to help get started with a new database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable to track my coaching clients, track progress against my sports milestones & goals, and record performance in different areas of my life. It's helping me track revenue across all my clients.
Airtable is a Swiss Army knife for projects, tasks, and data.
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has its own robust infrastructure and the flexibility to let YOU set up your own systems the best fit for you. Your data can migrate across different tables; formulas do the heavy lifting; and new reporting dashboards are easy to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable has a bit of a learning curve. It's not just a glorified spreadsheet. If you throw a bunch of data into your Airtable instance and don't think it through beforehand, you may regret wasting time instead of doing it right from the very beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We all have data, and it all lives in cute little separate silos. Airtable takes data from any platform, any research, and brings it all together for capture and analysis.
Airtable Makes Gorgeous Interfaces
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interfaces on Airtable. They are a great way to compile data from a folder and present it in a beautiful visual.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve when you start using the interfaces on Airtable.

I use Airtable as a shared sheet highlighting the numerous accounts we share on my team.

The interactive nature of these sheets helps us catch each other's potential blips during busier days and helps us plan our contributions effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone has exposure so it's tough to share resources and have folks not always be fully fluent in usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Commotion-filled days of support work where projects get lost in translation are often balanced out by references to airtables we've made for that exact reason!
Great features and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Airtable is the ability to customize your table(s). That way I can see only what I need to in a way that works best for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more automations that worked with Airtable without having to use an in-between app like Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Airtable for creating content calendars for my business as well as my clients. I love that I can add my clients or their staff to a specified board without them having to pay for an account or see my other boards.

The customisation options, we can build our own workflows

The roadmap is sometimes unclear and would be good to know what is being developed

Allocating work to people and allowing this to be done in a flexible way with little coding

What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean interface, the well thought-out templates, and collaboration tools built-in. Everything is thought of and I just need to take advantage of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably just that I don't use all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AirTable solves organization for me, as well as having others contribute to tables as I see fit.I'm much more productive than with using other software I've tried for these tasks.
A great product
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is an amazingly flexible, intuitive, and fun product to use. It can also handle very complex customized systems. I don't know of anything else quite like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have run into some limitations when going deeper into the complex relational database uses of Airtable. It can be a little too easy to mess up systems that you have painstakingly created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Airtable for several purposes, the most intensive being a custom CRM.
Very easy to understand and user friendly

Interface, built in commands to perform task and no need to write formulas.

Little bit limited in building relation to other sheets
