complicated but valuable
What do you like best about the product?
integrations and compatibilty with many other tools or platforms

sometime works sometimes it does not. or is too complicated to make it working stable.

all in one tool. it allows me to have single dashboard, cumulated perspective

The features for grouping and cater horizon has well as filtering down

The UI is highly intuitive and does not take much to learn. Airtable contains a lot of complexity and features, but is not overwhelming to start and learn the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more complex features, like adding interfaces or writing custom equations are not as user-friendly as they could be. The documentation is pretty good, but requires a lot of digging for certain things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is like excel on steroids for my team. The ability to see the history of changes on records allows my team to track when items were shipped and know who made the update.
Airtable got me into No-code development. I love it.

- It is very easy to build a relational data-base and visually understand what you are doing.
- Its great that the API works well and is integrated with Make.com

What do you dislike about the product?
- I dislike the pricing model. It is very much based around the "collaborator seats".
- Furthermore, it would be great to use more than 100k records without having to buy the enterprise plan

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is making it accessable for non-developers to build smart and complex data-bases.
I am benefiting through that by building a no-code software solution that uses Airtable as the database.

Adaptable and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Airtable because of how customizable it is to our business's needs! We can integrate with almost all of our other platforms to create exactly the systems we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favourite part about airtable is the initial time investment to learn and get familiar with the platform. But once you've gotten that out of the way, you're golden!

Connecting softwares, integrations, client feedback collection, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can clearly schedule out my social media calendar for my non-profit. It has every feature I could need to add in all the content I want (links, videos, photos). I also like that you can add other teammates to collaborate on work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much bad to say about it. I do think the platform has a lot of different uses and capabilities that can sometimes be overwhelming.

It is helping me stay organized, plan in advance, and produce better content for our supporters.

The simplicity of the interface and the variety of solutions they have in one platform for so many challenges I have in my job

Nothing by now. The only thing I can said it's a little lack of integrations with BI solutions, like google data studio or power BI. I can't use those tools with airtable yet

I use airtable to record our client's info, and with that, I've created a Customer Success CRM and Dashboard, so we can evaluate and manage how our customer is using our product, and we can shows this with the dashboard interface to our stakeholders

Dashboards need to be richer. Like Tableau.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is the most flexible and fun database/spreadsheet program I have ever used. I have used a little Excel Spreadsheet but never really cared for it. Then I discovered Airtable. It has been a gamechanger for our little dog rescue organization. Without it, we would be lost. We use it for every facet of the process from tracking the pups through the system from rescue to adoption, to keeping our foster and adopter datebases up to date. We also track the incoming flights that will transport dogs to us and do income and expenses within it. WE LOVE Airtable. I feel like we have created such a robust database/spreadsheet for a rescue organization, that we could almost sell it to other rescues, all thanks to Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could create sortable groups of emails for fundraising purposes among our adopters. I would like to be able to batch groups of them and then send them to gmail for a specific fundraising opportunity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a small dog rescue and keeping all the facets in order. WE are a tiny, volunteer-driven rescue that is mostly a couple of part-time volunteers and me. We all have access to it and can see where is pup is in the process just by using airtable. Additionally, volunteers can get in to find email addresses, snail mail addresses to send thank you notes to donors!
