Low-code business saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love the possibilities of automation within Airtable, with this tool I have been able to keep track of all my clients, their status, usage, products and satisfaction with our own products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want Airtable to be better tracked regarding data cleanup and validation. For example, I have lost data because some of the fields are manually inputted, so it would be nice to have data validation tools and alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automations: I have notifications enabled for whenever a client decreases it's usage.
Dashboards: With the interfaces tool, data is easily accessed and understood.

Build it all with Airtable
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is much like an easy to use database tool. Especially for simple, easy to imagine and track databases, I can create entire collections of data and easily share them with the non-technical users of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some sluggishness when the number of records increase. Some of the newest features have missed the polish of the base features. I wish there was more support for more formulas - things that could support the analysis of multi-select columns, additional visualization options, and maybe even more exposed API tools so I can build my own web tools on top of what airtable is capable of. The marketplace for finding templates needs to be reimagined. So often I find a template, and still need to do a lot of modification. So much so that I just design my own tables from the ground up. Maybe I'm doing specialist activities, or maybe there's a need for more templates to draw from? but either way I feel like the discovery process is long and I need to remove lots of records to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping me manage and track volunteer resources (contacts, materials, events) as well as tracking citations for research projects. Airtable has been a huge hit for completing my day to day work and my team appreciates the third-party scripts and integrations I've built to make airtable work for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Airtable is to use. I love that I can add pictures easily to my table, the search function is easy to use. It's nice that I can very easily share my table with a friend. I also appreciate there are many different types of tables pre-made or you can make your own from scratch. I have recommended Airtable to a few friends already.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything at this time that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was having issues with adding photos to my tables. I would have to save each photo and then add it to my table, where as now I've found I can just copy a photo and add it which saves a few steps and space on my camera roll.
The best for any project
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to compile a lot of data and organize by different views, as well as the varied ways to share information with people outside the base. I love using AirTable forms and then using the collected input for my projects. The base templates are helpful, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a user problem, not an AirTable problem, but I dislike how much I still have to learn. I also dislike that I cannot easily copy content from one base to another. I have to either sync the bases or export and re-upload the data, which means I need to reorganize (e.g., group, filter, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AirTable is solving the problem of how to manage many types of documents, artifacts, and other sorts of information stored in many places--but all in one place. It is solving collaborative, asynchronous work processes, as well.
Incredible Content Inventory Solution!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can tailor the organization of my content in whatever way makes the most sense for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything frustrating about Airtable yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Airtable I hadn't found a way to inventory my content. Now that Airtable has offered me this solution, I am saving incredible amounts of time. I am better able to serve my customers and I can consider bringing on other team members!
Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage all my business into Airtable: projects. CRM, Accounting... I use a lot of automation and share multiple bases and interfaces with my team and clients. It makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I look forward to sharing the interfaces in view mode with a link.

Airtable a is a very flexible platform that allows users to create platforms and prototypes. Airtable allows for a high degree of customization and is very user-friendly. Automations and extensions are fantastic and allow you to do a lot of extra functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Airtable can be expensive. However, the price is worth it if you need a powerful tool. It also lacks an API that can deal with users or record comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable lets us ship new prototypes very fast, instead of spinning up a database and creating a way to access the data, we can start building a new product in one day.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Very practical to find information when needed.

I beleive that adding more spreadsheet functions would improve the product.
