What do you like best about the product?
It's very customable. And it's also very friendly to use. It's a complete tool that I use for my 3 businesses. And when I show this to my paid clients, they are really impressed when they see how I manged all my tasks in my Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The paid formula is not so very clear for some people. After they take time to see the possibilities it becomes clear for them. Maybe a good marketing around the pricing aspect can help you with more clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
for me Airtabel is a Content Calendar but also a complete business management platform. So it helps me on the overall business aspect. For my Dealer Bicycles I can manage even my stock with my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable helps organize contact management, file management, school records, party planning, and the list goes on. Personal and professionally I rely on Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable works flawlessly on the website. There are still some glitches in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is solving the problem of file management for my small business. We create invoices, allow access to limited data to others, and monitor money and time.
So many uses for one tool

It's really to understand it once you start playing with it. Related tables are a great plus

The lack of integrations directly on airtable. That you can't save pdf directly on your row when using extensions unless you first download it

Keeping my business under control: sales, inventory, expenses, tasks
Great cloud based solution using relational data
What do you like best about the product?
With little or no-code knowledge I´ve created cloud based solution using relational data, such as CRM, project management tracker, event tracker, general ledger, among others. Easy to set up automations and they are in continuous improvement.

Multilingual support could be useful, sepecially in spanish

Eliminates the need of more people involved in my compañy solutions, I can customize my data and processes in hours. Competitive pricing
Flexible, feature-rich data management.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Airtable to manage brand content. The option to customize workspaces exactly to our needs makes Airtable invaluable to our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is simultaneously powerful and flexible; the only limitation I've encountered is the upkeep of complex workspaces. Starting simple when building out a custom space can help save time, even if it's tempting to put all of the advanced features to work immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We chose Airtable to create a responsive content management space with more options for customization than most 3rd party software solutions provided – and at a lower cost. I love that we can create so many Views, giving us a comprehensive picture of our content development process. Airtable has successfully kept us organized for nearly three years!

missing dev ressources ? no problem, you can build quickly a strong automated workflow that can be connecter with multiple softwares
Fantastic Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how fast and easy it is to configure. It's intuitive for my clients because of its similarities to excel, but with so much added functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The very basic notification system needs a lot of work as it's not very functional, especially compared to other tools. Notifications can easily get lost or forgotten.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to prototype workflows for clients in cases where they are looking at building a custom app, or web platform. Often they wind up sticking with Airtable as the solution!

It is better than Microsoft Excel and Acces.

I think the average costs for subscription are too high when compared to groups of users

As Archaeologist and Anthropologist, AirTable is useful in archiving data; as creative it is indispensable when working in team
A good product with flexibility and some automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize tables and some automation capabilities where it is not too complex to setup by myself, a non-IT expert!
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take time and some fore-thought to link things together. I have not been able to use it effectively as a production scheduling tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to keep track of material usage in a nice visible tool with mobile capabilities for scanning. Also trying to use it as a scheduling tool.
I bring Airtable to EVERY project and client
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is dynamic and user-friendly. It allows me to customize solutions for just about EVERY project and client that I've worked with. What I like best about Airtable is that I can deliver most solutions using the free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite Airtable being dynamic and user-friendly, for some solutions there is a little bit of manual labor required. I would like to see enhanced automation features. With that said, I do very much enjoy the existing automations, extensions, and integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is a collaborative tool. It allows us to first actively track issues or tasks that go through phases. Secondly, it allows us to quantify and report against those issues and tasks in ways other collaborative or organizational tools don't. Also, with Airtable, we've moved the majority of our reporting off of Google Sheets and into Airtable bases.
