I love Airtable! It's revolutionized how we approach content production.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly and visual it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a few specific features, like bidirectional syncing between tables and the ability to add screenshots in comments on the cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our problem of multiple teams working on the same project and it's giving us more concrete insight into several different production data points on our projects.

It would be nice that when we do a formula we would have a bigger window or a way to make the window full screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is able to get things out of my head and have it organised. And it ables me to build automations that take care of the grunt work I had to do.

Airtable brings the power and extensibility of database design and use to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small organizations — and particularly nonprofits — the 'per seat' pricing model may be out of reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many to list. A couple of examples: our organization is preparing to host an international festival, with hundreds of guests arriving from around the world and staying in one of 18 different hotels. Formerly, we tried to track all of this in a sprawling set of spreadsheets. With Airtable, it's a single database with a set of linked tables that enables us to do everything from entering non-redundant, linked data (vastly reducing the likelihood of errors) to easily track room allocations to exporting information for airport pickups. Anyone who has ever built such a db from scratch will immediately appreciate the ease and power, here.
We're using a different base, in fact, to input al of our program data for a film festival. Films, directors, screening times, venues, sponsors, all of it pulled directly and seamlessly into our program app (Glide). Again, those familiar with databases won't be surprised by the utility of this, but they'll likely be surprised by the elegance and facility of the UI.
For those unfamiliar with the benefits of databases and still using spreadsheets for this stuff, Airtable is to a spreadsheet what a spreadsheet is to a chalkboard.

I love how easy it is to manipulate data! You start with setting up data one way but can then change as you grow and progress.

So far I can't really fault anything. I know the product is continuously being improved and hoping one day we can share interfaces with non-Airtable users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's given us a space to collect and organise our work in such a way that affords us to be more efficient, have quicker access to data use the data better.
Easy for the whole team to use!
What do you like best about the product?
We're a nonprofit organization and have used Airtable for several years to track all our client and donor data. I love the flexibility of the system, the form and email capabilities, and the ease of reporting. Even the team members who don't like technology don't mind using it, and the price can't be beaten.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we grow, we're running into some limitations, mainly that it's not possible to maintain a shared contact list that syncs between bases. But they are always making improvements and adding new features, so I'm hopeful for the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is a great solution for needing to track data in a way specific to your company's needs. I looked at many different systems that were preset, and they didn't meet our needs. Airtable takes a bit of setup, but it's worth it to have something that perfectly matches what you want.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation features -- it has saved at least two hours of work per automation -- and I love being able to set multiple views for different views.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to pull notes based on a date. To clarify, I currently have it set up where I have a "Last Updated" column with the most recent date and a "Notes" column detailing what I spoke to the agency and I include the unique date at the start. We're looking to create an issue log and I'd love to set it up directly in Airtable since I know I can easily export the data, but doing this would cause ALL notes to be taken out and I'll need to manually remove all the ones that didn't fall within that month. I'd love it if I could set it up where it only showed the specific comments from the month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing to easily share/consolidate data, organize and plan our annual fundraiser, automate required forms, and more. It definitely is more efficient than previous paper forms.
