Airtable as Teacher Planbook
What do you like best about the product?
I like that my planbook and information is available on my phone and desktop. It stays organized as I jump from class to class and topic to topic. It helps keep both outcomes and assignments organized. This allows for easier curriculum planning and seeing if goals and skills are being met. I'm also able to track parent contacts and student progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes setting up the connections between the different tables takes a lot of time for me to figure out how I want them together. I also wish I could more easily populate pieces of information from one record into a general note on another record. For example, as a teacher, various activities have some instruction and information. As I add the activity to a day's list, I wish the instructions would populate into the large note so I can edit them as needed without changing the original instructions attached to the activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily keep track of how the activities are meeting curriculum outcomes is really great. I can easily see if I am missing teaching different skills or concepts and course correct as I'm planning. I really appreciate being able to organize and plan all that and then print a weekly planbook page to use as I'm teaching my lesson to the students.
Easy to use, pretty to look at, great tool for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Love the flexibility of the tool. Its very easy to customize with a wide variety of field types, color coding, integrations, cross table linking, automations, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having limitations on the number of automations can at times be frustrating. Would love less restrictions there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps us with our content management. We have thousands of pieces of content for many different products and campaigns that are activated around the globe. Airtable is a great solution for tagging, sorting, filtering and cataloging all our available content and associated assets. We can also link the content to active campaigns using Airtable by cross-tagging across tables.

What do you like best about the product?
I love airtable. The ability to create database/spreadsheet hybrids, organize and rearrange the data and then share with multiple users is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formula functions are not super intuitive. The "spreadsheet" part of the database/spreadsheet hybrid could be more "spreadsheet-ey".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved: getting and organizing data and then sharing said data with colleagues in one central, up to date location, with multiple user permission types so that nobody can accidentally wipe the data.
Incredibly useful - made my work easier
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable allows you to link records across different "tabs" or tables, which makes working with big data more efficient and less prone to error. There are so many features and integrations to other apps and software that you can take advantage of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Airtable is that it's harder to monitor changes to your records. Especially if you're used to a simple right click to show the edit history in your current software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable solves the issue of processing and presenting big data insights that one might be afraid of doing. We have been able to improve our recruitment process thanks to our insights.
Easy to get started also for no-coders
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has a familiar layout for people who are used to worksheets such as Excel and Sheets but feels more intuitive to set up and work with both as a worksheet and as a database.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing system is for me the biggest drawback since you are paying per user per month which can be a hurdle for small businesses and start-ups in particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Google Sheets as a database was not working for me even though I did not have a lot of data. Airtable was the greatest discovery I had made and made everything so much easier and almost effortless.
Powerful no-code platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to get started -- if you can use Excel / GSheets, it's a pretty easy transition. Automations and integrations (e.g. Zapier) make it very powerful.
There's also an active community for support, creating scripts and plugins, which I have used a lot to copy and adapt code snippets (even though I have no coding background).

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see more ways to customise Airtable as a "front-end" experience but I know there are other tools for that -- e.g. Pory.io, Softr, and maybe Bubble. So that's more of a wishlist item.

Rapid prototyping, building "resource libraries", tracking finances and issuing invoices.

Airtable tool is user friendly and easy to track daily status.
What do you like best about the product?
Yes, More helpful and user friendly. UI looks good. Easy to Track the request sent by the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, we can't be able to check who is closing the request after submitting it . Need to track user logs for that.

Airtable Has Vastly Improved My Collaborative Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Airtable lets us link a single set of data across many fields. We can take the information we are using in one place and automatically apply it elsewhere. Super user friendly. And the colors!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what I would most appreciate -- though I really like Airtable -- would be a bit more instruction. Tutorial videos, for example, of how to program certain aspects of a base, or how to create effective functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping me first, to work collaboratively, and, second, to organize information in a visually pleasing way. That's important because I am a huge visual learner, and it keeps me from the immense stress and draining experience of regular spreadsheets!
Versatile, functional, infinitely expandable
What do you like best about the product?
Tons of built-in and expandable functions within the service itself. Goodbye spreadsheets, hello smart and usable databases. Airtable has functioned in many capacities in my personal & professional life.
What do you dislike about the product?
The paid tier for premium features is annoying, but definitely makes sense for revenue and corporate sustainability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a domain forward set up to an airtable form page, which I use daily to log info and records from my work. This then goes into a great database where I can analyse the data in detail later on, or create a useful dashboard summary.
