Unmatched ease of using databases!
What do you like best about the product?
The power of databases are now accessible to virtually everyone. They can be made as simple or as complex as the user desires.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part of Airtable are the integrations, at least for me. I've already seen them start to become more useful and numerous since I've been using it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable solves the complexity of storing vast amounts of data and the issues with recording it. The Forms used to collect data can be made extremely user friendly so that data collection is very simple.
Easy to use. Just waiting for them to add features that I need.
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. Most of it is self explanitory. I am able to streamline some of my work issues using Airtable. But I am still missing a few things that would make it even more user friendly. The interfaces needs some updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to send a form that is prefilled you need to change the whole address that you send to customers. But not everyone gets that link and you can't copy and paste it. You have to recreate it each time. super annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a CRM and it is working great for that. I'm still waiting for the forms to be able to view from right to left and that would be even better. But i see they are always improving.
Powerful, versatile - and I can't imagine running my business without it
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable gives me the ability to collect critical information from my geographically dispersed sales team and turn that information into actionable data - at a fraction of the cost of similar alternatives for my use case. And I love how easy it is to generate a virtually infinite variety of views of my data without having to worry about creating a problem with the underlying data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable doesn't handle printing well. Most of the time, it's not a big deal, but there are times that it's been very frustrating. And some elements of their subscription model are frustrating - two people who each have a Pro level account and have their own "workspace" cannot collaborate without one or the other paying for an additional user license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use my entire travel agency "back office" on Airtable. I use it to record sales for myself and my entire team, keep track of commissions from nearly 100 different suppliers, and track commission payments to sales agents.

Coloring & ease of formatting types help to categorize data and provide more deep insights for next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lesser amount of guides available around creating websites UI using Airtable. Notion beats here with ease of usage.

Categorizing data to extract insights; helps for better marketing spends & understanding how much each team member is contributing
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
It's an enhanced spreadsheet experience, with great visual references and wide margins of customisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of its newest features (like interfaces) are still hard to grasp. Many great features are reserved for paying users, but the fee is too high for a small company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Airtable for a wide and diverse set of needs, from accounting to web programming and even for presentations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Adding content (data) to the database can be modified to be more accessible, like allowing to build forms to add the Database in many comfortable layout form designs.

Great tool for organisation and tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I find it a helpful and versatile single place to hold multiple information, and collaborate with team members. I really appreciate the versatility — my favourite feature is probably the ability to set up a form + track answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we've had trouble with is the tracking of recurring tasks that have multiple collaborators. (But we're on the free plan, and that definitely impacts our experience.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a one-stop place for a lot of our data and information, an easy way to indicate the progress of certain tasks, and a system to plan our calendar. All of this makes our work more efficient, and definitely impacts our business success positively.
An excellent collaborative tool with a rich set of features.
What do you like best about the product?
The first thing I like most is UI, it's super clean and then the refinement of the airtable while we load more than 30-40k rows. Loading data, updating or scrolling is smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way Airtable update new features or give access to developer is really slow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With using excel or google sheets which are also best on their level but when you want to integrate it with other tools it's really hard to do that where airtable is provide easy and simple api way to handle data easily.
Another thing is set of defined fields which is super easy to setup table and start working on it. Linked field is best among all.

Hard to understand, hard to work with, where do we go from here
What do you like best about the product?
I like the free credits. I like that it's supposed to do a lot of different things (even though I don't know how to do most of it).
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the the integrations, I dislike setting up the automations, I want to like the interface but it's too complicated and time consuming to set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly nothing. We use airtable as a backup server for jot form.

I dont dislike anything about airtable but I do know that they will require payments per use which is a bit expensive imo

It solves my problem with google sheets complicated and unattractive UI. Airtable is much more user-friendly which is always great.
