Airtable for small CRM database
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who loves spreadsheets, by favorite thing about Airtable is the ability to connect the data fields across tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting of decimals and large numbers is tricky. I've switched to using currency and removing the $ sign to get my commas to appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have an internal CRM database. I've been able to build out something that fits my needs for the time being in Airtable!
Love Airtable; I use it for multiple businesses and personal needs
What do you like best about the product?
The capabilities beyond Excel spreadsheets, and it being user friendly. I like being able to add team members as necessary. The free version has so much that we can use, and we feel comfortable moving forward to a paid subscription in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. Everything has worked well and we love what using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping me across multiple areas of my professional and personal life. For my businesses, we use to track our editorial calendars, deliverables, action items, and projects. For personal, I keep track of tasks and meal plans.

What do you dislike about the product?
TEXT BOXES IN CELLS ARE TOO SMALL EVEN WHEN EXPANDED - please allow for more flexible formatting when inputting text, would love better task management features (e.g. a checkbox for completing tasks and easy reporting of tasks completed, dependencies, etc), the learning curve can be a bit steep, some things seem like a spreadsheet but are not.

Super easy to get started with and useful for so many things that you want to put everything in it
What do you dislike about the product?
You will need to allow yourself some time to really think about your data -- both how to connect it (relationships) and how to pull it apart (normalizing it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives us one unified source of truth for all our product data, and all our geographically-distanced team members easy self-serve access to that data.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a super flexible tool, constantly improving and a fantastic starting point to prototype tools that can help accelerate your market time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile applications need more development. In it's current state I only recommend Airtable to desktop users

OKR management and visualization, Idea tracking, Bug tracking, Product roadmap, Backlog of experiments

What do you like best about the product?
Live updates and collaboration. We really like that we can all see what is happening on a project in real time. Also, automations are amazing and I want more of them in my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more of the paid features were available at a lower cost but I understand. Y'all gotta eat, too! Apparently I have to keep writing. OK. I also want to be able to color code things on the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time collaboration is our biggest use. I'm constantly working to figure out ways AT can solve the problems we have. I know that the problem is merely my imagination.
Airtable is a must-have
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to build whatever I need to do for so many different use cases. The flexibility of the fields is excellent! I love the ability to automate most of our tasks saves time and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The restoration options create issues since we have many team members working in our base simultaneously. We also have issues with the interconnectivity of the base because one change can affect the entire ecosystem of the platform for us. The new dependencies feature is great, but I'd like to see a list of all changes made in the last 48 hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is the BEST way for us to traffic assets from one media partner to another. Through the customizable fields we are able to keep clean records and create consistency among marketing campaigns.
The best user friendly database!
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations, reporting features and how user friendly it is. I love automations and how they help reduce time it takes to complete tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features now that the app grew so sometimes its difficult to see how I can use the new features in my processes. Some more use cases / templates would be helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing teams and data together in one place while allowing for analysis and senior reporting in one place. I love it!
Airtable provides a unique environment to flexibly and digitize any business process.
What do you like best about the product?
Interface feature and the ability to write comments on each entry. When a friend of mine tells about a problem at his job, I say, "You can do this easier and faster in Airtable," and I explain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple table combinations require good Airtable proficiency. For this, it is necessary to work with an expert and this is very expensive. Airtable's single user fee is also expensive for our company (in Turkey).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that requests can be managed from a single screen with a single Interface feature enables our team to make comprehensive evaluations about transactions. We can see many entries on a single screen, and we can turn an employee's question "Isn't it better like this" into reality with an instant Interface edit?
Airtable for Healthcare Roster Management and External Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
We use this tool to manage our faculty rosters of over 100 providers that support multiple subspecialties. We work collaboratively with several administrative leaders and marketing to keep external resources up-to-date and even utilize different specialized views that we share in a limited way to support external outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the pricing model limits our ability to invest in enhanced tools. We have many passive collaborators looking at and supporting updates on the tool, but a per-user cost is too expensive for our limited administrative resources. It would also be very helpful to have a HIPAA-secure way to store patient information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal resource/roster management with the ability to share a limited view of this information on webpages and externally to others who would benefit from that information.
