An Amazing Project Tracker
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a great way to organize your tasks and projects and keep track of what has been completed and what still needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you sort the table it affects everyone so you have to set up a unique view and switch back and forth between them. Also the boxes are small so if there is a lot of text in one you have to double click it to expand the field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps me communicate with my managers to show how much of a project has been completed so far. I can also leave notes if I have any issues completing something.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is easy to use and great to customise however you would like to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little bit tricky to use in the beginning but after a little learning curve it became much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to create a list of different types of content that our team can refer to.

The API integration is amazing also the column typing.

Nothing at all, but as a developer, I could prefer an other integration connector as GraphQL

Best Simple Database and First Step with No-Code Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is useful when you need more than a simple spreadsheet. It acts as a database with entries, values, and relationships. Built in sort/filter tools help find the information I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is not very useful. The design on desktop and mobile is too rigid. I would love to see Airtable act as a real website backend with an API generation tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to organize information like a list of places with details like address/phone, categories, and connected people (from another table). Works great as a CRM or task manager too.
Tons of Power, slight learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
I love Airtable. I love the fact that the calculations are not formula based, and is more user-friendly than Google Sheets. The interface is beautiful which makes working in it a joy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The best part is that the formulas are hidden, but sometimes a learning curve to get the data to perform and filter how you want. I am still working out some details in activity tracking and % of goal calculations for my sales team. The interfaces are fantastic, and I probably would not have dove as deep as I did without those. I would love to see the interfaces viewable on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking everything in Airtable. Real Estate transactions, progress, commissions, sales volume, appointments- everything.
Practical and versatile
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things to like about Airtable, but the data-sharing features are one of the best aspects. Being able to easily share information with others in your team has been a massive help in getting projects done more efficiently. Additionally, the user interface is easy to navigate, making it even more convenient. Overall, Airtable is an excellent platform that offers numerous advantages for project collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that could be improved about Airtable. First, it would be helpful if field names were elevated or enclosed. This would make it easier to see and identify fields. Second, the data presentation could appeal more to audiences outside the firm. Interfaces are crucial to resolving this issue. Lastly, bidirectional sync between bases would be an excellent addition
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is a powerful tool for quickly categorizing and filtering through large numbers of records. It is used by me in multiple ways to track tens of thousands of files. It's helped me organize my business by keeping track of essential data points like YouTube video views, the article reads, and sales data.

There's so much you can do with Airtable. At the most basic level, it's a database, but has such a variety of ways you can organize and view data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think Airtable is great about explaining itself. I had to figure out much of its functionality just by playing with it and experimenting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Airtable, we were able to move off of a clunky, hard-to-organize or update Google Sheet. Using Airtable instead has allowed us to not only track our files, but actually work with data to understand how we are functioning and where we could improve.
Versatile spreadsheet solution
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is very versatile. It has a lot of features and data types being supported. Also the ability to create different kinds of views from the same data (card view, calendar view) is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a lot slower compared to Google Sheets. You can't rely on it to load or process as many rows as you would with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or any other spreadsheet software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a rough Customer Relationship Management solution in-house which is flexible and intuitive for people of all levels of tech savvy. The format and strcuture can also be changed as per our will

It helps unite the team data & workflows in a single place.

Building custom things inside airtable is not very helpful.
