Easy to navigate and collaborate

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate and collaborate across teams. The AI feature is unique and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes pricy to include large numbers of people if they are only using Airtable once in a while. It is also difficult to integrate with separate CRMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is useful for tracking a number of different verticals and tasks, such as meetings and finance, in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Airtable in terms of what I am able to use it for in my business for both internal operations, aspects of client management and data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a steep learning curve when you first get started. The best comparison I can give is to microsoft access in terms of database just more aesthetically pleasing. I also which airtable integrated with more platforms natively - we have to use a significant amount of zaps which causes us to sometimes not use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping me to track client data such as benchamarks, support requests and their outcomes. It's also starting to help us streamline and speed up our sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is one of my favorite software to use. It's easy to navigate and understand. I especially love how connected the form function is to the spreadsheet function. I use Airtable forms for pretty much everything that needs a form.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I don't like about Airtable. My primary issue is setting up automations; they tend to be confusing to setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a seamless integration of forms and data.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has streamlined so many tasks for our department. Adding in AI made it even more efficient. Searches are much more in-depth. Can't recommend it enough!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the links to update in other tables don't always work but that is a rare instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for my supervisor to dedicate more time to all of us to accomplish tasks. Now Airtable's AI has increased our efficiencies.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable enhances project management with streamlined collaboration, flexible organization, efficient task tracking, resource allocation, seamless integration, advanced reporting, and mobile accessibility. It’s a versatile tool that adapts to various project needs and promotes effective teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable can be difficult to use to its full extent. In order to use it as an enterprise solution there really has to be a person, or ideally a full team of people managing templated bases, creating components, and ensuring the data is in the correct spots and being used in a uniform way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is solving the issue of having all of our projects being siloed in different tools, and allowing our teams to roll up visibility into enterprise wide initiatives, rather then hoping we are working on the correct things.

What do you like best about the product?
We love how it integrates seamlessly with our other data stacks. All our orders end up in AirTable where we process payments, plan workflow/production and study our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have any problems with AirTable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the visualization is very clean and easy, being able to expand each student's profile and see their answers to every one of our application questions makes it so each to deliberate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit rigid, it would be nice to be able to color code things, create different kinds of cells, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us create a lite CRM without having to yet invest in a larger CRM. We are able to organize and visualize our student and staff applicant pool and able to collaborate easily in deliberating and rating candidates.

Best Project Management Tool Ever

What do you like best about the product?
I will admit , I had to tel ChatGPT what I wanted to build and I couldn’t be more pleased. I have CRMs dashboard for every function of my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help section of bot never answers the questions I have. I’m having problems with an automation that I’m trying to create, but only half of the automation works. I worked on it for 5 hours yesterday before I just gave up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized CRM dashboard that gives me a complete overview of how my business is performing.

J'ai rejoint mon entreprise actuelle en mai 2024. C'est une petite entreprise qui organise des événements à grande échelle et utilise Airtable pour suivre tous les détails des événements. En juillet 2024 (à peine un mois et demi après avoir commencé), je fonctionnais pleinement en tant qu'administrateur et utilisateur d'Airtable. J'utilise Airtable tous les jours pour suivre l'avancement de nos événements, construire et surveiller les budgets, recueillir les données des invités, des bénévoles et du personnel, et bien plus encore. De plus, les ressources et outils de formation d'Airtable m'ont aidé à me mettre à niveau, et lorsque j'ai besoin d'apprendre quelque chose de nouveau, ou que je veux savoir si je peux faire quelque chose d'inhabituel, il est vraiment facile de trouver des réponses.
Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de the product?
J'ai apprécié les webinaires périodiques qui partagent de nouvelles fonctionnalités, mais parfois les fonctionnalités ne sont pas entièrement utiles. Récemment, j'ai assisté à un webinaire sur l'assistant IA. Le battage médiatique était très excitant, mais quand j'ai commencé à l'utiliser, je l'ai trouvé assez intimidant et ne fonctionnant pas entièrement comme le webinaire l'avait présenté. J'espère que ces fonctionnalités s'amélioreront bientôt car les concepts/idées sont excellents ! J'ai un cas d'utilisation très spécifique que j'espère qu'il m'aidera à construire à l'avenir !
Quels sont les problèmes que the product résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?
Voici les principaux domaines pour lesquels j'utilise Airtable. Sans ces fonctions, je devrais utiliser Excel ou Google Sheets, qui ont tous deux beaucoup moins de fonctionnalités et ne se mettent pas à jour en temps réel pour le reste de mon équipe, comme le fait Airtable. Gestion d'événements (nous organisons un festival de trois jours qui accueille environ 20 000 personnes). Avec Airtable, je peux suivre les types de billets et les prix d'année en année ; créer mes applications pour les vendeurs et les bénévoles et les accepter, les surveiller, etc. ; je peux planifier/surveiller mes campagnes de marketing pour l'année entière ; je peux suivre toutes les opérations et les fournisseurs dans une seule base ; je peux évaluer les partenaires potentiels et les fonds entrants pour organiser l'événement ; je peux suivre les ventes et créer des tableaux et des graphiques à l'aide d'extensions ; je peux garder une trace du personnel ; je peux surveiller mon budget ; et bien plus encore. Je peux ensuite reproduire ces bases pour d'autres événements que nous organisons tout au long de l'année. Cela simplifie les processus de gestion de projet/planification d'événements !
