What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using AirTable as my project management system of choice. It stands out as my preferred platform because it is user-friendly, intuitive, and adapts well to my needs. The automations are not just impressive but also genuinely useful, allowing me to adjust to real-time changes in my organization's workflow with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software offers a wide range of integrations with email and instant messaging platforms, which is very useful. However, since our team relies on several different project management systems, I find myself wishing it could also connect with those. I know this might be a bit optimistic, but such integrations would make it even more valuable for our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AirTable simplifies the process of launching and managing both short-term and long-term projects. It supports every stage, from client onboarding and regular check-ins to debriefs and finally offboarding once campaigns conclude for the quarter. I appreciate how it keeps all aspects organized, allowing me to easily see when a teammate is facing challenges or needs assistance. This helps make sure everyone remains aligned throughout the project.

It provides customisable views such as grid, calendar, and Kanban, allowing users to organise their work in the way that suits them best. The platform also automates repetitive tasks, integrates seamlessly with other tools, and offers real-time updates on project progress. As a result, it helps save time, minimises errors, and ensures that teams remain aligned and productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is one of the smartest spreadsheet that I have ever used in my life. It looks like an MS Excel or Google sheet but has much more advanced features. You can not only just organise the data on this platform but also automate repetitive task with the help of Airtable
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two main disadvantages that I faced while using airtable in my business and the first one is that it is not compatible in mobile view and if you try to access it in mobile device then you can go for the desktop version and it will open but then the other problem is that there are lots of features that woynt show in the desktop version when accessed from a mobile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software help us in assigning all of our staff regular work each and everyday and we are also able to track the percentage of work that they have completed every day so as a final result we are able to know what is the track record and monthly or weekly growth of our staffs through the digital board.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Airtable replies within seconds, which is really helpful. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up, it was ultra easy. I use the AI feature in it for solving math questions and other study-related tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it doesn't reply when it's needed. Just make every reply fast, not just a few replies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable for solving math questions and social studies questions with AI, which enhances my studies.

What do you like best about the product?
The layout is intuitive and user-friendly, making it simple to collaborate with team members across different departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the size of the rows quite challenging, as they are very small and difficult to read. If there is a way to adjust the row size, it is not obvious to me.

We are working on clarifying our team's current projects and increasing transparency for our leadership team regarding tasks, decisions, deadlines, and overall requirements.
Versatile Tool with Room for Performance Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Airtable for project management, content planning, tracking inventory, managing events, and organizing customer relationships. I appreciate that Airtable empowers me to quickly create custom views and efficient workflows. I like that it functions as a hybrid between a spreadsheet and a relational database, allowing me to use two features instead of relying on different software. It dramatically enhances work processes by providing a centralized, dynamic, and flexible data management system. I also use Airtable with automation tools like Zapier and some other no-code tools. I will rate it a 10; it’s a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I faced some performance issues with very large datasets, including slow processing and memory limits. The initial setup wasn't so hard but took some effort to know everything.

Great Control and AI Assistance for an Efficient Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can have a control and workspace to work every area of your company in only one place, you dont need to jump app to app to do and register only one thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe that for begginers could be confuse to order and make a work space, but at the end AI fixes that.

Airtable helped me to solve the problems of control and order in my workspace and workflow, specially because in only one app, I can have every need as CRM, AI agents, KPIs tables, and more.

In my opinion, Airtable excels at organizing projects, both for personal project management and for teams. It not only helps individuals keep their work structured, but also allows teams to stay informed about what others are working on, ensuring everything remains well organized.

In my experience, Airtable has a learning curve and it can take some time to get comfortable with all its features. Additionally, I feel that the mobile app could use some improvements to enhance its functionality.
