Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Alida because not only is it a great platform, I also have so much resources and help that guide me and navigate me throughout any process. They have great learning sessions-I take so much from away from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have a live chat with AI or something in regards that can help guide you step by step -videos not just plain text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Alida specifically for holding an online Patient Family Advisory Council.
Alida makes connecting with customers a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Alida makes it so easy to connect with and learn from customers. From quick surveys to live interviews, Aldia simplifies the process of getting in touch with customers to hear their feedback and perspectives. The customer service and account support is great - Schuyler is an amazing resource who helps me get the most out of my customer community via Alida.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A - Alida is great and I don't have any major dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alida helps us answer endless business questions through the ability to connect with and survey customers, informing product decisions to claims/message communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Alida application provides a great way to create customizable tool surveys for gathering feedback and client opinions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application has been down sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client segmentation and improving Customer satisfaction

New Balance Alida Surveying Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI and how easy it is to change surveys on the fly. The different questions also allows us to gain a plethora of information from our testers who often have trouble explaining their feedback due to not knowing all the footwear lingo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not being able to delete surveys once they have been opened. I also don't like not being able to take people off of tests once I've added them to a test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alida allows our testers to articulate themselves in a way that provides us with thorough data while also still being easy for them to fill out. We have struggled in the past with the response rate of our testers and Alida has provided us different avenues to solve this issue such as QR Codes directly connected to surveys and the email reminder function.
Good platform for quant research and UX
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to script simple & medium surveys on self serve. User experience is good for clients when scripting surveys
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to adapt to requests and development changes, takes to long to develop anything, AI is not present enough on the platform, in key areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to host communities and to offer our clients a self serve environmnet
Excelent survey platform
What do you like best about the product?
Alida is so easy to use. I find it very intuitive when it comes to creating and loading a survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations in what Alida can do at the back end. Drawbacks are when you are not too sure about particular scripting for questions. I have found staff are not always aware of how to complete more complex conditions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Insights specialist we use Alida to answer questions from all areas of our company.

I love the built-in support system Alida has for all of its partners. They are one of the most responsive companies I have ever worked with, which really makes us feel valued/
What do you dislike about the product?
Alida still has some work to do to play on the same field as a Qualtrics. I'd like to see more capabilities for building out crosstabs and dashboards.

Alida is helping my company address gaps in our current data.

The user interface is easy to understand and use.

Small features that usually exist but I can't find / understand because I'm new to the program.

Agile Tool for Quant/Qual Research Community
What do you like best about the product?
We use the Alida platform for our quant/qual online research community.
Alida’s strengths based on my experience:
1) Robust in-platorm survey programming tool that allows us to store all of our member and survey data in one place for easy analysis. We used to rely on an external tool to program surveys with advanced logic.
2) Flexible member data capabilities that allow us to create new profile variables and append external customer data as needed.
3) Modern look & feel of the Member Hub and improved survey-taking experience.
4) Smooth in-platform recruitment process that can be used for external recruits as well as internal referrals. Huge time saver compared to our previous recruitment process.
5) Impressive client support from the Alida team. They are collaborative, attentive, and dedicated to meeting our community’s unique needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there are no moderator tools (in-platform messaging, backroom comments, etc) in the Member Hub and no way for members to easily track their points or activity completion history. This is a problem for our community, but Alida is actively working with us towards a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alida provides the quant survey tools and member data management that were lacking in our previous platform. We have much better analysis capabilities now.
