What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the easy tool which we can use for monitoring, implement different dashboards over grafana to see health check and can set alert based on it.
Coralogix help to integrate alerts and can share those to other application for further action.
Having a good customer support. Team is actively working to fix the issue and provide instant solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike in Coralogix. Infact I have used multiple feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix helps to monitor application health check and based on our alert we are able to catch issue or load on application proactively.
Coralogix also have APM feature which helps to see traces and we can see request latency which is one of the good part i seen

I love the UI/UX. It seems so streamlined and easy to use

Sometimes there are minor bugs and issues with respect to querying. Apart from that its awesome

We search payment logs on a regular basis. We get a one stop solution for all the logs happening on our org level synced flawlessly on Coralogix

Coraloix is more helpful to troubleshoot application issue. Useful to identify the issue and check logs, API Response and Metric stats related to application at same place.

Coralogix is easy to set up and use, making it simple for teams to get started. Their customer support is quick and helpful, solving issues smoothly. It offers many features for log analysis and monitoring. The platform easily connects with other cloud services, making it simple to add to existing systems. Real-time insights and automated alerts make it a useful tool for daily monitoring and problem-solving.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Coralogix offers powerful features, there can be a learning curve for new users due to the platform's advanced capabilities. Additionally, setting up complex alerts and fine-tuning queries may require some technical expertise. Occasionally, there may be slight delays in log ingestion during peak loads, and more detailed documentation for advanced configurations could improve the overall user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix is one of the easy tool, very user friendly tool, easy to implement the dashboard and plot the stats.
i am very happy with Customer support, they have proper team to help in.
We can use Coralogix to debug issue, check service or resource tags . I and my team use this every day.
We can also integrate the alert with other tools to get notify.

Nothing to dislike in Coralogix. Most of admin related features are available in tool

as admin we need to monitor the infra health and coralogix is having support for Grafana with help of it we can monitor memory and CPU

Especially useful for easy insight sharing and cooperative debugging is the permalink tool.Moreover, Coralogix offers exceptional industry-leading response times, so reflecting great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Coralogix offers excellent cost optimisation, performance, and functionality, the speed of search results might be strengthened. Faster query answers would improve user experience, particularly in relation to vast amounts of data.
Though more optimisation in result processing would make it even better, the platform interfaces nicely with many programs and offers insightful analysis.

The logs monitoring is so easy to check and figure out if there is any issue related to specific subsystem.
Even if i want to check live logs of any service, i can easily check those without waiting for minutes.
Even if i get stuck on anything, i can directly use the customer support to get the issue resolved and trust me, i have got a really quick help to resolve my queries.

Initially, it was difficult to understand the UI and how things works due to immense features but as i start working on those, it gets more easier and interesting

Centralised monitoring system, quick help from its customer support and its documentation is absolutely helping.
Another thing is its integration with huge number of other services, we can easily integrate the alerts with pagerduty, slack or gmail hence, i don't need to login to multiple system to check logs, monitor and check alerts. I can do it by simply logging into Coralogix account.
Another best thing is, it monitors application performance, so could proactively monitor the health of our systems and avoid the cloud down scenarios.
lastly, it is also integrated with Grafana so that we can monitor the cpu/memory utilization of the application along with the logs monitoring at one place
