Fast and reliable tools to aid in debugging
What do you like best about the product?
multiple ways of visualising data. has tracing as well.

parsing rules needs help from support to get it right

What do you like best about the product?
The interface was easy to use, and also we got some fancy dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike Splunk, there is no way to identify each host uniquely. In Splunk, we have the hostname and the corresponding source type value. It helps to create alerts based on the hostname. We have a computer name here, but that doesn't work well.

Coralogix is a helpful and user-friendly tool. GUI is excellent and interactive.

Whatever the application uses that we had, couldn't identify any drawback.

It gives us all the information to analyze alerts deeply and find valuable solutions.

user-friendly, easy to understand and simple to use. Instrumentation is also easy.

log parsing with regex felt little complex in the beginning,

For Developers, it's easy to use, and SSO integration is done, so all the developers can monitor the services.

Coralogix is a good platform for log analysis and monitoring of the application as well as features like release tags help a lot

Dashboards are cool, which serves the purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coralogix should have an option/feature to export org user details as we need this quarterly for audit purposes as of now we are reaching out to coralogix team to get this.

Flexibleness.. you can change the tool structure any way you want. Easy policy creation and dashboarding.

Small font and does not support many out of box data sources.

With coralogix we have a single pane of glass to monitor everything under our infrastructure and our enterprise solutions.

The ability to get support is unmatched.

Managing the parsing rules, although the support team is always ready to help the customers 24x7. Which don't make it a big issue.

Nothing as of Now, Covers all the required techinical aspects needed in a Log obserbility solution.

Coralogix gives you all the Secuirty Operation Solution Under a One Umbrellla, that is all every company demands. From Logs Onboarding, Manitaining, Monitoring, and Integration with Other SAAS Platforms.

The support team is super helpful, quick to answer and help us improve our processes. Our customer success management team is always open to feature requests, even ones that are hard to achieve, new use cases to be added, etc.

Monitoring features are still not at the maturity level we would like.

Great solution for viewing logs and creating visualizations, in a way that's easy for both the technical and non-technical teams to use, so we can enable users.
