Elevating Log Observability to new heights: A must have toolkit for an Infrastructure Analyst
What do you like best about the product?
As a dedicated SRE, I've had previlige of working with various log observability tools throughout my career. However my experience with Coralogix has proven to be a game changer. Its an intuitive solution for complex challenges of log management.
Being a client and user for quite sometime, what struck me most about Coralogix is its simplicity. It allows to integrate quickly with applications, infra. The support team made the transition seamless for our internal teams to have a quick hands on.
Any query, would ask chatbotf for help.This saves time !
As a technie,log parsing and auto indexing engine simplifies the log management. And a quick real time visibility with Live Trail Streaming is valuable for diagnosing issues on fly. Data retention, it being dynamic in nature ensures unnecessary hoarding of data.
Overall, service reliability is a concern and this tool proves to be well equipped for operational excellence.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've observed that Coralogix can be resource intensive, specially when dealing with huge volumes. But Support team's suggestions and ways for optimizing usage has prevented potential bottlenecks at anytime !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its quite a time and effort saving tool. Proactive incident detection,reduced downtime,compliance & security,optimized troubleshooting,better user management for multiple teams , these are something I can bet on.

Coralogix won a in a series of POC's that we had in oder to switch to a modern observability tool that could eventually become one application to go to in cases of incidents as wel las monitoring our system performance.
* UI is friendly, the color scheme is apealing and the location of the fuinctionalities is intuitive
* Continues improvement, very dynamic roadmap and fast resolution of issues
* Embedded use of OSS tools like grafana makes migration easier
* Multiconditional alerts
* Responsive solution architects team, great customer success approach, can-do-everything mindset

* Not completly new-age observability tool, still supports metric-logs-traces paradigm, but getting there
* Lacking feature parity with bugger players, but actively gettign there
* Enterp[rise readiness is lacking, the goal of Coralogix is to gain market fast, they cannot compete for enterprise accounts yet with giants like NR or DD

Powerful and E2Use tool
What do you like best about the product?
Search: Coralogix's search engine is potent. I can easily find the logs I'm looking for, even if they're buried deep in my data.
Easy to use: Coralogix is easy to use, even for non-technical users. The interface is intuitive, and the documentation is excellent.
Great support: My account manager and the support team are top-notch. They're always responsive and helpful and go above and beyond to answer my questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find the bill to be a bit hard to understand. I'm unsure how the units are calculated, and I sometimes have to contact my account manager to clarify my bill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix makes it easy to collect, store, and search logs from a variety of sources. This gives me a holistic view of my infrastructure and helps me to identify problems quickly.

Its very fast and provides various tools and functionalities.

Sometimes Search does not work. Had to reload multiple times.

The logs get displayed in a very readable format. It helps to query and search for exact string quickly.

It can show whole log in 1 go, for now it just displays and then we have to click to get full log
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to go through the logs and find errors very easily. Due to constant new addition of clients on system, there are a lot of errors which come in on prod. Coralogix helps us to find them easily.
Coralogix is offering a good value for money, and the customer services are great.

- The dashboard system is not mature enough.

What do you like best about the product?
When I started using coralogix I could feel the super fast speed for search results compared to our previous logging tools. Its very convenient to quickly get all the realted errors and their quantum in just few clicks and that too with blazing speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although coralogix is very fast, but for archived logs its kinda slow which is obvisous as per the process. But I think that can be improved or there can be some option where I can push the archived logs of a specific day in live logs, query on it, do my debugging then archive it back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix has made log searching super easy and fast. I can quickly get the top errors for recent days, compare them with yesterday, get a nice visualization of the errors/infos with their quantum. Parse raw data into structural logs, then perform operations on it, or create a graph from it for visualization. Also its very convenient to manage what result columns to see and perform filtering on columns with just single clicks.
