What do you like best about the product?
The connection to Netsuite is nice. Once the sync is set up it works okay.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is awful. It takes days before anyone gets back to you and months to set up the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM's flagship marketing automation solution that brings you a high-definition view of your customer experience. Market transforms how mid-sized marketing teams reach their audience and measure success throughout the buyers' journey by putting the platform to work. I also believe in letting the platform qualify leads with robust nurture campaigns and sophisticated artificial-intelligence-driven lead prediction scoring and models. I believe in letting the platform attract website visitors and understand how they interact with digital assets. I believe in letting the platform capture leads with conversion-driving landing pages, emails, and forms built with intuitive, drag-and-drop builders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about it. Nothing is missing as far as I know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has benefited me in improving marketing strategy, utilizing resources, and handling also improving customer experience and retention.

What do you like best about the product?
The sugar market application provides the supports between seller and providers to maintain relationships. With various forms of relation maintaining mechanism
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics is too basic and not robust. Too extensive training and application knowledge and training is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting analytics of sales, also gets the performance report which help in Managing relationship with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Email builder has been easy to use. Also like how easy it is to look at a dynamic list (and get the total count) you're building.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics is not robust enough. For instance, I wanted to look at the average stats across a period of time, but when I reached out to tech support, I was just told it wasn't a capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For email, which is what I mainly use it for, it is one of the most intuitive builders I have ever worked with and I've worked with quite a few.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about the sugar market is that this application supports or provides collaboration between seller-provider relationship management, with different types of reporting mechanisms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is that there's a lot that this tool offers; therefore, extensive training and application knowledge is required to utilize this tool at maximum capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger Market creates an environment where we can run performance reports based on the sales force and collaborate with clients, which has helped us align our engagement for help-desk services.

My recommendations to other users considering Sugar Market are the following:

Sugar CRM offers many features and has an extensive capability of different functionalities, so it's vital whoever is considering this application knows how to customize the tool according to their business requirements. Sugar CRM is compatible with many OS systems, giving ease of access to both internal and external stakeholders. Sugar CRM can be integrated with external applications like Call tracker etc. Sugar CRM runs many marketing campaigns. Although email campaigns are complex or confusing to set up initially, if set up properly works pretty good it enables the application to send multiple/several/bulk emails. Sugar Market also has the capability for automation in terms of tasks and notifications, triaging and tagging of opertunities can be set up. We can track performance evaluated records and search on the basis of keywords. This Customer-Relationship managment tool can be utilized in many ways so its key we dont get overwhelmed by the functionalites of this application/tool.
