Very Interesting
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful looks like all the training now available to use. I also like the visibility of the upgraded site.

I haven't found anything to dislike as of yet

It will sell products on every retail market as well as business to business so it will be available easily

That works through artificial intelligence AI and summarizes the processes to make them more agile and functional in a work team.

Not very easy to use and its not as functional with Sugar as we hoped.

It doesn't connect with SugarCRM 100% without needing additional development/engineering

Having a complete view from where I am getting leads, making my efforts more valuable.
Having the dashboard already configurated with the most common data gave the marketing leader a step forward from the beggining.

Sugar Market does not have a direct ROI calculator, making it difficult to track the investments.
Also the reports and list making is very difficult to get at first.

Having a clear view of my Marketing efforts, giving the sales team also a clean view of the prospect interests.

Great customer service and reactivity - not just an impersonal platform

Complexity/user-friendliness of some parts of the interface, but getting better

Providing (almost) all the tools I need in one, interconnecting to our CRM & our webinar solution and hence saving our small Marketing team a lot of time & helping us gain efficiency

The setup of all different digital campaigns, from nurtures and triggers to one-off emails, forms, landing pages; the features are robust and you can do a ton with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is weird that the quirkiest CRM integration I've experienced with Sugar Market is with Sugar CRM; it is counterintuitive to me, but I've had more success with dynamic lists, lead creation from forms, and task creations from behaviors in nurtures in other CRMs than in their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach people en masse, and also tailor messages based on behavior.
Offers most of what I expected from a Marketing software with a few extra perks.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Nurture 2.0. It is an awesome way to set up drip campaigns and also automate a lot of customer contact. I also love the flexibility with email details such as domain names and send from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their form program does not allow picture submissions. This is an important aspect for us. The program also forces you to put stuff in folders but you are unable to access the folders. The customer service team is also very hard to get in touch with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The nurture program is helping us create automated communication which is very helpful for our small team. It also helps us organize our marketing campaigns which would get lost in other programs.
