Best Survey provider
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow provide many surveys that help to have millions of opinions also it's the highest giving reward to users

There are no issues faced. It's so easy to use and to share opinions

To have a possibility to share opinions and to share ideas with people around the world

What do you like best about the product?
usability is next level, the customer service is great and will work you through any issues you may have

I find it a bit pricey for smaller clients but it's worth the money!

getting the real info we need and not overwhelming people with too many questions at once
The tool to create experiences not just surveys
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow allows us to gather feedback from clients and employees to improve our experiences. We use it for internal surveys and its intuitive survey building interface makes our job very easy. The platform also allows us to share our surveys on different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit higher than its competitors. The free version is limited in terms of the number of allowed responses per month and the number of permitted questions in each survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to quickly setup forms to gather feedback from our team and to collect data for our customers especially when doing focus groups or product related questionnaires. We are using Survey Sparrow on ipads at our client premises as digital comment cards

Surveys are very easy to create and distribute. Results are also very accessible.

Customizations have some significant limitations for lite users. The cost to include our brand logo is very high if I do not require the additional features.

Keep respondents engaged with mobile friendly and engaging surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Surveys with survey sparrow feel a lot more conversational and friendlier. A lot of respondents will have a lot of fun engaging with your surveys which are also mobile-friendly and can be integrated on multiple platforms such as websites or landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit pricier compare to the other free popular survey maker options. However, this offers you so much more insights and features that pricing will end up making sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow is a great solution and tool for any user experience researcher or anyone in product design. It is also great for marketers, entrepreneurs, or enterprises of any size. This tool can be used with collecting quantitative or qualitative answers from users. It does a great job.
Convenient and time saviour
What do you like best about the product?
It's got the basic covered which consumes a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more features added such as key words.

A lot of opinions are addressed at a single forum which is quite the problem solver.
Great Design & UX
What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean & modern design, the way it animates between questions, the ability to customize questions & direct people to new questions based on answers to previous ones. Very smooth experience.

Everything works great, the only thing I wish is that it was a little more affordable!

I used this for conducting research to hone in on my clients' preferences and gain insight as to their experience working with me

Versatility in the application of surveys
What do you like best about the product?
It is a practical solution that allows you to create surveys while formatting them and testing as you build them. The support they give us is a differentiator that keeps us there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The matrix survey option allows for unique responses in rows but not in columns. You cannot place more than one question per screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We survey our customers throughout the different stages of our Journey, sending the survey to the customers' email but we also have the option to do it through other means.
Powerful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can fully customise your survey exactly to your brand's needs, and even on the free plan you are able to ensure adequate customisation to match your brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
A longer trial period would have been good, however aside from that, happy with my experience.

I'm using Survey Sparrow to gain deeper consumer insights about our brand and business. With so many creative options to obtain consumers answers and entice them to leave their honest reviews we were able to gain in-depth reviews and invaluable data.
