Excellent Filtering Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I required a tool that could filter responses, and I am pleased with SurveySparrow's capabilities. It allows me to filter responses and provides findings reports based on the filter. Setting up a survey is straightforward with live chat support, and there are many options for question types and customizing the survey's design.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool might be missing the option to duplicate and edit a previous survey which would help save time in creating a new survey. It's possible this option might exist but it was not very visible. The reports also do not provide great illustrations for more complicated questions and appear to be limited in options for customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used SurveySparrow for NPS and CSAT surveys as well as Market Research.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for this platform is amazing. Simply type the questions and you're good to go.

I dislike the limit on the questions you can ask.

I am currently using Survey Sparrow for customer discovery in my startup. The benefits are quick and easy surveys delivered at the touch of your finger.

One of the top five survey softwares, maybe #1 for the right use case. I'd put 4th or 5th.
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of different options of question types. They have a mobile and have moderately good design compared to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall user experience and UI is not as clean and refined as Typeform, which I ended up going with. I do not see the level of intentionality that I have with my favorite products. Not a bad software though. And my colleague liked it.

All the same benefits that you would hope from from a survey tool. In general its integrations were not as great as other tools. Teams should use a tool such as survey sparrow.

For someone like me, who's not very good with software, it was easy to use and set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
More language options would be good. Had to introduce it to colleagues that don't speak English.

Great for Collecting NPS
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and the ability to quickly create NPS surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular however we receive too many emails from the tool itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a quick solution to collect NPS for one of our services and we found SurveySparrow a good fit for that purpose.

An easy self-serve product. Also, the team provided discounts for our startup company.

There was nothing I disliked about the product nor the constant support provided by the team while my exploration phase of the product

Survey sparrow forms are easy to make. The logics feature is fantastic and dynamic. Even though the logics are complicated, it's easy to apply once you get the hang of it
Beautiful user experience & automated reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Great survey designs for a very seamless user experience. Automated reporting that you can schedule monthly. PDF summaries are beautiful and easy to read.

Would be great if the survey data could map to Excel Online rather than Google Sheets.
