Survey Sparrow are very efficient & affordable
What do you like best about the product?
They have multiple products, including NPS and in-house surveys. This allows us to get quick feedback internally as a product team when we're testing new features. This also allows our HR team to run discovery sprints on how to make the company a better place to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do send quite a few emails to me. The emails look personalised so I always open them, however most of the time they're generic ones just coming from an individuals email account. This is pretty frustrating as it takes my time away from more important emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using SurveySparrow as an alternative to google forms and typeform so we can quickly get feedback from our customers. We're also currently working to embedd the forms into our app, for even quicker customer feedback.

entry price could be lower than what they offer. Other tools are more affordable for lower usage.

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward and user-friendly. The website is easy to navigate.

I think the price point is too high; there should be a free option with fewer features so that everyone can use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get client feedback very quickly whenever I need to, which means I can pinpoint any issues and get them resolved. Clients enjoy being able to give feedback regularly.

Easy to build surveys and use. Contact management is good enough

Integration with Hubspot is not ideal. Email share within email platforms could be improved. Translation capabilities are being upgraded right now

What do you like best about the product?
The account manager, Andre is always helpful. He understands customers' needs and delivers excellent service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is bugs on the platform, which need to be fixed by their backend. This problem could take a few days but the account manager tries his best to keep in touch.

We use the platform as a product guide. The platform is user-friendly and can customize according to our website's design.

The customer service is very friendly and supportive, they fulfilled almost everything we asked for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functions that need to be improved like CSS customization can be more user-friendly for people who don't really know to code. However, Survey Sparrow's team helped us a lot with that.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create surveys. A lot of integrations and a quite good price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating a survey is not as intuitive as I would expect. The widget option to share in-app doesn't seem to show the design I configured at an earlier stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to show NPS and gather feedback from users to improve the user experience. I decided to go with another tool.
Expensive, but really good
What do you like best about the product?
Modern, elegant UI with tons of functionality, especially different question types. We tried Survey Monkey, and it didn't have everything we needed

The fact you can only do annual subscriptions, so as we had more of a one-off campaign it was expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it for a client survey distributed via e-mail that we later used for segmentation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask for a shorter plan if you need - hopefully they will introduce one
Not ease to use form builder platform.

In Survey Sparrow most practical side is the design section, looking so attractive.

In Survey Sparrow less valuable part is his inconvenience.
