great tool for basic surveying
What do you like best about the product?
nice interface, great questions logic, the basic plan is much more cost-effective than other tools, simple to use integration to google sheets
What do you dislike about the product?
report customization is too basic (to calculate avg. rating from responses, had to export data to a google sheet and analyze it there)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
this is a customer opinion on a new product (food industry), tried to understand which flavors are the most likable by customers

The best thing about SurveySparrow is the trust, the fact that you are sure about reviews being real and plus they hit any subject in mind

You always have to answer the same basic questions at the beginning of any survey

Getting access to real and trustworthy surveys, the benefits are that you can trust the surveys being real
Very easy to use, can get a survey up and running within 5 mins

Very easy to use and create new surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I was trying to stay on the free plan, it was hidden in the UX - took a while to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to conduct performance reviews on my team. Don't have a strong use case yet - it's once every 6 months - so this product works well.

Fresh and vibey, not complicated to log in and no tragged out signup

Nothing really accept that the surveys arent frequent

This is the first time i have realy used them, I havent had any issues aS YET THAT NEEDED ATTENTION

What do you like best about the product?
Great user experience for the survey taker, it's very engaging and clean. From an end-user experience, the report dashboards have enabled me to keep tabs on projects effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, other than the fact that some of the more advanced functionality is only available on the higher-end packages. However, if you're a power user, you'd have made that investment already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the main one was ease of use, and the ability to empower teams internally to get using the tool and quickly understand the results of projects we're working on.

The different options to display questions, the friendliness of the reports, and the great experience I had overall. It was really easy to build, share, and present.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't say there is anything in particular that I disliked. For me, it was an absolute lifesaver. I'm excited to see the upcoming features, but so far I love it!

Gathering feedback, information, insights, and comments from customers and targeted groups. It helps me to be more productive and we have improved also in the way we use our business intelligence, from the data and comments.

There is nothing I dislike; maybe more customization on free accounts would be helpful.

Our business benefits from setting up annual employee surveys to check and monitor overall engagement and also looking into setting up external customer satisfaction / brand awareness surveys as well.

The simple elegant UI which makes it easy to navigate and aesthetic.

Cluttered UI in few screens, which makes it challenging to find topics as in Integrations

Affordable and customizable survey tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, customization options, user-friendliness, powerful capabilities in a tool designed for non-tech users. It's extremely easy to learn. In the age of overcomplicated tools that take days or weeks to master on operational level Surveysparrow is a breeze of fresh air.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I could remember. Surveysparow is (like stated before) really simple to use but powerful. So you don't have to be a geek to get the answers that you need from your prospects or clients.

SurveySparrow helped us create useful surveys that help us determine what our users thinks about our website, our offer, our communication and many more. This way we can optimize our business and adapt it to our clients and prospects need.
