Very reliable and innovative survey platform
What do you like best about the product?
Survey sparrow offers surveys in multiple languages which helps send surveys and in getting feedback from our customers from all around the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. There were a few bugs, but the team support was good and the issues were resolved very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to find a platform that helps in sending surveys and getting feedbacks and analyzing the data without any hassle. SurveySparrow resolves this problem by providing a platform that helps us in getting to connect with the customers

I dislike at first only i csnt reach Easley

I had a problem in tranfer any idea into a creative startup .. but i benifit from it to transfer it and im thinking only in creativity now

I liked the simplicity of the UX from an internal perspective for workflow, and from an end user perspective the experience was clean and engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that power users may be frustrated if they tried to work with the free offering, but that's only to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped us expand production capacity as reduced time to launch new surveys, and for that reason you shouldn't overlook the benefits this can have for staff morale!

Custom field for taking feedback from internet.

Basic features should be free to use for testing.

Google forms doesn't solve some function, using SurveySparrow I can solve those concens ...

Understanding my companies marketplace in order to secure funding - we are an organisation who work with young people and so this is an effective way of identifying their needs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use if you want to edit and format your own questions and outcomes - compared to other survey facilities.
The software is easy to use and clean, only issue is it is a bit pricey compared to SurveyMonkey

The pricing compared to Survey Monkey was a bit too much for my budget

It was intended to collect feedback from customers on who they are and what they like. As a superannuation fund we needed a tool that would seamlessly aggregate our members information and paint a clear picture of what and who they are
Easy to use, good analytics.

You are able to design your survey with ease, add your own questions and go back to edit something if you need to add more information.
The analytics provided assist with market research & it also provides a wordcloud that can be used - perfect!

What do you dislike about the product?
More flexibility to add own graphics to the surveys would be beneficial, but other than this there are no further dislikes that can be mentioned.

We wanted to know information from a certain target audience and SurveySparrow delivered this information in the way we required.

What do you like best about the product?
We like Survey Sparrow for the affordable pricing, the easy-to-use survey builder, and the analytics functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike that each 'user' that you pay for is only allowed one device. Therefore, I cannot login using my phone and my computer. However, this is easy to work around since you can remove your other device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to ask our customers many questions by embedding surveys into our emails easily. In this way, we have gathered many customer insights while maintaining a fantastic customer experience.
